Burger King

Mu husband and I went through drive through saturday dec 21, 2019. We drove many miles as I opened my chicken sandwich there is a big hair/plastic in the sandwich hanging out. We took pictures then had to drive all the way back. The manager was unavailable so a crew member looked at sandwich and pictures then took the sandwich and gave another sandwich,? Is that it?
