Burger King

Gift card # [protected]. Our Corp. uses Gift Cards as a customer relation pleaser. We have almost exclusively used Burger King cards and the Customers are pleased. HOWEVER, recently the above card was rejected. It is a $ 25.00 card never used before. My public relations manager buys several at a time. We have an activation receipt.
I called Burger King customer relations about this, was told your system was down due to being updated and the info would be sent to "Our Team that handles this" It has been a week and have heard nothing. It's not the amount that bothers me it is the lack of response, and the embarrassment explaining to our customer it was a mistake.
Our Corp. Board meeting is coming up and without a good response from you I will be forced to stop any further relations with Burger King and its affiliates.

Karl/Morse location in Columbus Ohio. I arrived 4/30 at 6:20pm. There were just two cars ahead of me...so I said to myself this should be quick. Wrong! I waited ( I timed it ) 10 minutes before I even got to the speaker to order...and then the chic told me to look over the menu and she'll be right with me...Wrong again! This chic took 3 minutes ( I timed it again) just to come back and take my order. Keep in mind the other 2 cars are still in line as well. From the time I placed my order it took an additional 10 minutes before I paid and got my food. It was 6:50 when I finally pulled off. It should not take 30 minutes at a FAST FOOD drive thru. My order should have been FREE! The sad thing is that they had a whole crew working. Never again!

I was at your location in Cramerton Nc and I was waiting in line for about 25 mins and when I finally got to the speaker to order the associates says sorry but we close at 9pm sharp. I really think this is bad customer service and I want a phone call from the general manager of this location or the district manager tomorrow. My phone number is [protected]

I had a bad experience with Burger king as my order received with missed sandwich in Ramdan while the one who was waiting his sandwich was fasting and didn't get his meal on time then immediately we followed up with thd customer care to send the missed item quickly but this took 4 hours although I spent my night to follow up with 5 customer care persons snd requested to talk to thief manger but he ignored me, Such an as action and a bad service that I had from burger king made my time miserable and my sons in a bad morale while asking for such meals that should let all happy and spend an enjoyable time which this hasn't happened.

I am asking to return my money back but no body from burger king respond yet.

This is the third time there has been a problem with orders. This time my husband bought the Whopper Meal for Two which includes 2 Whopper Sandwiches, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks at a cost of $8.99 plus NYS Tax which was not received. We also ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries which we received. I contacted the store and asked that the manager have the food delivered as if my husband went back to the store all hell would break loose and he said they would not deliver my husband would have to come back which would present a major problem and I am unable to drive. He gave the coupon number 9041 as you must give this as there is a problem if you just tell them what you want which happened the other two times.This store is so poorly run and we will never go back to any of your stores again. I still say their Jr. Whopper is one of the best sandwiches for we "old" folk! :)
I do not have a complaint per se but I do have something that I wish you would consider because a competitor has been doing this for several months and nothing has been said to them at all; it makes the dining experience so much nicer...
1) if there is music, decent, quiet and enjoyable. Not rap or like
2) put the meals on trays; the idea of flipping the poster over is a great idea
3) get the drink machine working; ice and all and insist that coke do right by you
4) these little packets, put them out for the public, same with the napkins; there is no way they are going to contaminate anyone or anything
5) do you know that masks kill... We had it happen right in Cody
6) do you know the plastic shields collect the organism, yep they do so they are not good
7) social distancing does no good at all; take off that mask and if fan or wind, yep, you got it no one knows how far
8) do you know our bodies need a certain amount of dirt or whatever to actually stay healthy... It keeps our immune system doing its job and strengthens it; this is not taught in today's world but it is truth... Ask any farmer or rancher

I wasn't going to say anything but changed my mind; last week I ordered my fav sandwich... Fish... It was so overdone it was not only dry but the edges were so tough I could not chew it so most of it went to the birds speaking of which: the fence that divides the properties in cody is filthy.. On the bk side; it needs clean up and kept that way.

Went to Burger King tonight got 4 whoppers all were severely undercooked. Very pink and still frozen in middle. Very disappointing experience.

Store on Summer ave and berclaire is always short of something on the menu.
I have been trying to taste the french toast sandwich for over 2 weeks and every time i place an order at the drive thru i am told no bread only sour dough is available. Hard to understand not ever having what you advertise.
But that store always has problems from not opening on time to not having some items on the menu. We gave up having lunch there because everytime we went there our burgers were cold, or just not hot enough. In short I hate to see your store being mismanaged and no one caring.

Today was the 3rd day in a week that I have attempted to order from your drive through in Lebanon Ohio only to see a sign on the speaker that said out of whopper paddies. Last week they were out of eggs and today they are out of french toast, Crescents, Pancakes, and etc. I would like to know haw a burger king can be out of whoppers for over a week. Also what kind of manager would let there inventory deplete to a point that they can not serve there customers. Please look into the management problem and fix.

This is no way to run a business.
