Store #11814 I have visited this store many many times over the past 3 years and there is always a spanish woman named Raina working the morning/day shift I have seen yelling and verbally abusing the employees in front of customers, and sometimes management. She yells at the non-spanish speaking employees saying they are incompetent, doing something veey wrong, or slow. She has a very nasty mouth and is very argumentative, to both employees and customers. She trashes the non-spanish speaking employees, in Spanish, in front of the employees' faces knowing they cannot understand her/them (the location is staffed by predominantly Hispanic personnel), which, if I am not mistaken, is illegal. I have seen customers call her rude and say they are going to report her. I am among the drive-thru customers who have skipped talking with her on the microphone and drove to the window because of how rude she is. I have seen her argue with delivery company drivers that are only there to pick up food, and do not work for BK. I have seen management support whatever she says (she is not management), right or wrong, sometime blaming the customer in the situation.
I don't know if or how this Raina person has so much control she is allowed to abuse the employees, some of which are still in high school, but she has been getting away with it for at least 3 years. Anyone regularly visiting this location can witness any of this.
Desired outcome: She needs to be immediately terminated for racial discrimination of employees, verbal abuse of employees, delivery drivers and customers, and creating a hostile work environment for employees
