Cold food
Every time I visit the Canyonville Oregon location, at 180 Gazely Bridge Road, I go to the drive up, in the afternoons, they are busy, and my food is Always cold, now once I can understand but always, how long does this food sit there anyways. I have always liked Burger King, the food is good, its a close location, and the prices are not bad, but if I cannot get hot food, I will have to drive further away to McDonalds.
Drive thru service at Shenandoah pa
This restaurant service is horrible! You are repeatedly waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes just to order! Love your Jalapena bites and would buy them everyday if not for the extended wait! I am told over and over again "one minute please" but have to resort to horn honking, asking to be served! Then excuses, " sorry I'm only one person trying to do three peoples jobs!" This is unacceptable. This is the furthest thing from FAST food ever!
Desired outcome: Hire more people
Hygiene products
So sad at this location there is no tomatoes no toilet paper and no soap in restrooms. Do they even have soap in the kitchen area or are they not washing their hands? And it's not even busy right now very sad. It would be sad if health department inspectors were to come in to tables are also dirty stains all over them. Mostly upset to no veggies in the building come on now!
Desired outcome: Someone to inspect before health department comes in.
Health department doesn't inspect for toilet paper soap or vegetables. They inspect for debris and infestation.
They need to get things prepared ahead of time and if you run out of stuff go to Walmart not even 1/2 mile away. I should’ve called health department.
The burger king app has never worked
At this particular burger king they closed the doors and are only using drive thru. Thats unaccetable. I spoke to manager and she didnt give a good answer. Its the burger king @ 12371 s orange blossom trail in orlando, fl 32837. Also the app has never worked at this location. At times service has been really slow which im assuming its lack of workers.
Store Refused to Serve the drive thru PM When Open
We arrived at the Burger King restaurant May 23, 2021 at approximately 9:50 PM. We left at 10:10pm without receiving service or a response. The sign on the Burger King store said that they close at 11 PM Sunday night.
We saw a man sweeping the floor inside and another man hiding behind the grill. Our eyes met and he still did not respond when I knocked on the window, nor did they respond when we spoke loudly to the intercom in the drive-through and we honked several times and they still didn't respond. We first spoke in a much quieter tone. A delivery driver for door dash also was trying to get service and he told us it's a very bad Burger King try Wendy's across the street they're much better

Service and company app
Waited in line for 15 min trying to get the app to work but it did not come up, got to the window and got out of line and got back in line again still trying to get the app to work still nothing, got back to the window and wanted to get one of the app specials but they cannot ring it up without the app or what ever, just got a set of 3 of everything I ordered and 1 soda payed full price no special, (thanks for nothing) got home and missing 1 of my fries I am really happy by now. Things have worked fine in the past but today was frustrating
Usually this is an issue with you cellphone provider or your cellphone itself. I doubt it was Burger King's issue.
Chicken jr burger
On May 21 2021 at 10:3pm, my husband and I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King #1693 located on 6003 s. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando Florida 32809 (order 89) We ordered 6 bacon cheeseburgers and 3 chicken jr and paid $9 plus taxes. Our order came up short! We only received 2 chicken jr burgers but we paid for 3. It's not right that we paid for something that we didn't receive.

I have been going to Burger King on hwy 20 beck drive in Waterford 3 or 4 times a week and lately they have gone down hill. Lately I was told I could order food up to $15 only. I have never complained however I was traveling and stopped with my husband At 327 Ruby Road Wilmington, Ct. I neededto pay $22.00 for lunch when I can pay $3.79 for a bacon cheeseburger is ridiculous plus $2.79 for a small ice tea. I am sending you a copy of my receipt. All items are over priced and I would like a refund. We visit Burger King in Vernon, NJ and it's half the cost. Just sad. Ty! Dawn Chase

Not sure how to handle this? My gift card refuses to be read at the register. They tried to input the number but still refuses to take it. I have $6.79 left on the card and the answer I get from your help is "throw it away". Not really sure I want to throw away money!
My card number ends in 8295. Will Pro it all numbers upon request.
Hopefully you have an answer other than throwing away money .

I just left Burger king in Las Vegas at the corner of Rainbow and spring Mountain. I love burger king but I don't know if I will ever return. I ordered 2 whopper's and 2 double cheese and then sat in line behind 2 cars for 20 minutes. These idiots could have had the car at the window pull out and wait in a space. The driver in front of me pulled up said something and pulled in front of the store and went in I'm sure to complain I just shook my head as I drove by the window. I went home hungry and pissed off your staff ruined my night. Manly because I love burger king but cant let service like this be rewarded with my money. I will of coarse be sharing this story with everyone I come in contact with. This really sucked because you have a manager or head person that is to ignorantly to see there is a problem at the drive thru window. There was 2 cars in the parking lot so don't let them tell you they where busy.

Poorly trained employees. Rude staff. Weak managers who won't address food issues.

ordered a double whopper with Medium fries
a medium junior whopper meal
another junior whopper meal with a large onion ring and a vanilla shake
for the last meal I only got a medium shake with it no fries or not onion rings
so they charged us 3.81 for onion rings extra
The burgers were tiny
so the bill was 32.59
plus the 3.81 for the rings This was so messed up we paid 36.40 for not much food.
Please advise us
