I was in line at the Colonial Heights Burger King. When I got to the window They had my food ready I asked the women at the window could I have a shake too. She said no you cant have one, I asked the women why not and she said that they where too busy. I never had a fast food place tell me this. So i left and went to Wendys and got a frosty.

Wednesday 4/14/21 afternoon bought two whoopers paid 7.89 not 2 for 5 bucks. Burgers were cold didn't get a receipt and was short changed. Last time I was there they didn't have any change so the rounded it up in their favor some 48 cents. It amazes me the difference in each Burger King. Some friendly and hot food some just the opposite. Very poor customer service in this Burger King boarding on criminal.

Your Manager at the Blue Bell, Pa store just about called me a liar. I placed my order of 4 whopper two on rolls without seeds, one junior whopper, two onion rings, one fry, one salad. Got the two bags got home which costs me gas. One bag had the salad. The other the onion rings, fry and two whopper without seeds. Three sandwiches missing which were for my Dad 2 whopper and Mom junior whopper. The other lady in the store was nice, but the manager was a rude man. My name Kelli WIlczynski [protected]. Drive Thru
My name is Crystal Bishop I arrived at Burger King at 9pm and placed our order at the prompter. I pulled up to the window waiting a further 10 minutes in my car, when I arrived at the window they informed they had shut down the grill and was not making anymore food. The store is not supposed to close at 10 pm. I had my mother, daughter, in the car and my mom has medical issues and was trying to get food and get her home. They wanted to shut the grill down early and there were numerous people behind us. They told us we could wait 30 minutes but they were closing down anyway so they weren't making anymore food. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and didn't seem to have any compassion at all. I am really disappointed. I can't get any food and the thing that bothered me was that the store wasn't supposed to close at ten and they shut down an hour early especially after we ordered are food.
site manager behavior
This comment is concerning the site in Laramie, Wyoming, today around noon. While waiting inside for our lunch order, I witnessed extremely rude behavior by the local manager toward a customer. The customer was there to pick up two orders. She was waiting in the background as I placed an order at the counter. After I placed my order, the customer was identified by an employee as waiting for an order by name. The customer indicated she was there for two orders. The first was ready, but she asked how long it would be until the other was ready. The manager said she did not know, because the orders had not come in at the same time. The customer asked for a time estimate, and this started a shouting match between the two. I would not have been surprised if the argument had come to blows. This continued well after I received our order, and we had begun eating. Eventually, the manager called the police. We will definitely not return. It was a very unpleasant scene. No wonder the three other fast food places are much busier. Please retrain this manager that the customer is always right. This must be a terrible place to work.
Desired outcome: Please retrain this manager. She is not working in a tavern.
Gift card
I recently went to the Burger King location at Avon, Ohio to get a double cheese burger, fries, a drink and a milkshake on my way home from work. After placing my order I gave the person at the drive up window a gift card that I had recently received as a gift to pay for my order. After several attempts the cashier claimed that the card could not be used, even though the card was purchased on March 4th of this year and was never used! After asking the manager (I assume) the cashier told me the card could not be used, and I was forced to use my debit card to pay for my meal. When I got home, I went to the website to check the balance of my card, and it confirmed that it was activated on March 4th, 2021 and had a value of $25.00. I do not understand why they could not use my card.
Coupon usage
I go to Burger King at least twice a month and have used a survey coupon with a BOGO Whopper coupon at least six times. On April 8, 2021 8:00 p.m. went to Burger King at 34356 Hwy. 43 Thomasville, Alabama. We drove up and get ready to go inside, and one of the employees tells us we cannot come inside. But yet there is a huge sign in the window that says dining room open. She told us to get in the drive thru line, sorry to say Burger King lost that sell. If you cannot dine inside you need to remove your large sign. Bad business to me.

I placed an order via Doordash with the Burger King in Monroe, Ga. The driver showed up with my order an hour later. The driver apologized and said that she had to wait on the young kids at the restaurant playing and not worried about the customer service. The driver has filed a complaint with doordash and it appears in the doordash menu for Burger King.

Last night April 8th around 9pm, my husband and I received yet another disappointing experience at the above location. They are constantly understaffed, out of products and usually unsightly - that of which can be observed through and around the outside drive-thru. Once again, arriving home, we did not receive our complete order. How do you justify this? Is this acceptable to your company?

Service at Port Orange, Florida-----Nova and Dunlawton ave.
Please help! The service at the Burger King in Port Orange, Florida at Nova and Dunlawton ave. is a stain on your company. Most of the locals know and even the other Burger Kings in neighboring cities how bad our Burger King is. You can drive by the Micky D's across the street and the drive thru is filled with cars and maybe two or three cars at the Burger King. I personally refuse to drive thru because of getting the order wrong with a wait time longer then any other fat food even the King but I do walk in sometimes almost always with regret. If you guys don't care/ to bad foe me and the city of Port Orange but if you do care please do thing. Tom Devlin

Store closing early
The last 4 times I've gone to the Burger King drive through around 8:30 pm they have said their system is down. I can see them playing and laughing inside. Now they have started blocking the drive through off every night. I drop my wife off next door at Kroger every night and I'd like to be able to get her a burger before work. I don't believe the system is down every night

i went to BK on friday the 2nd of april, 2021. i witnessed an elderly person asking for a manager. when the manager had came to the front counter, she had simply asked him to clean the last table available... he stated no. 
she proceeded to sit down...he finally came over and was so upset that as he cleaned the table he had tossed i believe 6 ketchup packets from the table to the floor. one of which had hit me...30 minutes later when i had left they were still on the floor...
this is very uncalled for from a manager.

Sept 12, 2019 I was suppose to have a gc put in mail due to food issues. Today, April 3 2020, I have yet to receive and tonight another bad review with a small chicken sandwich that tasted off after one bite, and rubbery chicken fingers. I mean, I would have gone backend waited but drive through had cars and it's still closed to public. Photo from last year is included. Not even a reply.
