Burger King order not correct and company doesn't answer phone!

The store on Center St in Auburn, Maine won't answer their phone but goes to a fax sounding device. Last week I ordered Whopper with no lettuce or tomato. I asked for bacon, cheese and extra onions. plus onions rings and soda. Cost was $16 plus change. So the soda-coke was nothing but water seltzer, the Whopper had lettuce, tomato and half of piece of bacon. AND they gave french fries and no onion rings.

Desired outcome: I want to be made whole by giving exactly what I requested. I charge this on my credit care. doug.[protected]@dingley.com

Burger King Over charge on my order!

Was charged $14.18 for the impossible whopper. Your menu says it’s $$8.09. My Triple whopper was charged $13.88. Your menu says that it’s $9.09. Again the price was over charged on both sandwiches. Burger King Service

Placed order 7:11am. at 7:30am no food, 8 or more went through drive-up. We had Dr app and could not wait any longer. Canceled order got money back. did not give our coupon back that used, nor get an apology. very disappointed we left. The BK was store # 10234 at E. 7510 State St. Rockford Il 61108. Burger King Management staff

On Saturday, Oct 21 at 2pm I was picking up my order at the 15 mile and mound Rd location in Sterling Heights MI. I heard someone yelling using profanity. Who I believe was a manager (?) who was arguing with someone on the other side of the counter. The manager yelled "Get you Mother F...ing White [censored] out of here." Highly racist comment coming from who I believe to be Middle Eastern.

I asked the female at the window if he was management and she shook her head yes, seeming to be afraid. I could not hear the customer because he was behind the wall. Then the Burger King Manager said, "I'm right here, you want a piece of me, I'll come F... you up and then I'll come F... your wife and your f...ing children while you watch." He then went around the counter and the two were shouting back and forth. The severity of this person's comments are severe enough to have me forward this information to the District Attorney and FBI. Thank you.

Burger King Employee/ Lillian

Store#25543.

Went through the drive thru this morning with my daughter and the cashier at the window (Lillian) was beyond rude. No greeting, snatched the card out of my hand, I said are you ok as she jumped towards me and replied ya are you?! What in the world? Maybe she thinks her roll is in fight club but professionalism is definitely lacking. Hire better. Train better. Not going back for the drama. She’s probably not how you want your company represented.

Desired outcome: Hire employees that make customers feel comfortable and wanting to return.

I ordered $33 worth of food on their app and upon getting to the location to pick the food up was told they were out of a specific item I had ordered and I would need to replace the order there and have the online one refunded. They offered me a $10 coupon and no refund. I spent $33 and got NO food and NO refund. There is no real person you can talk to for customer service and now no way to get my money back.

Burger King Customer service

Slow is bad enough. But not getting an order right? You need an Area Director in your Wixom store in Novi Michigan! My brother used to come in their 2 times a week, and now for a month every time he orders it is never right. I even called your home office, but no one even takes a phone call? You are the 2nd largest fast-food industry in the World! If you do not care about your customers, we sure as hell do not care about you anymore! My brother has been robbed from this store about 30 dollars so far just this month! Someone needs their [censored] kicked to wake them up from there sleep!
