We recently tried to order meals at our local Burger King but, we were very disappointed with the service. Tried to order food via the drive thru but, we had a young man that was not familiar with what Burger king had to offer. He messed up the order several times. He messed it up so much that the manager came on the speaker to clarify the order. The manager was very rude. When we went to pay for our order we asked if we could speak with the manager directly and when she arrived, she addressed us with a very short fuse. When we said she was being rude she said she wasn't rude but, she was "a very blunt person". She cancelled our order and shut the drive thru window on us. Yes, I would call that BLUNT!
Claimed loss: none,never received order!!
Desired outcome: Manger needs to be addressed regarding how she deals with the public. Being a "blunt "person as she claims, should not be working in the service field.
