Burger King

On Sunday the 19th on November at around 5 pm my husband and I went into Burger King at Drum Hill Chelmsford, Ma. I had reward points I wanted to use and the clerk would not honor them. We asked to speak to the manager he would not let us we asked his name he would not tell us. He said he doesn't have to give it to us. He was very rude. A customer behind us said his name was Alex and he also has had a problem with him before. We left and went to a MacDonalds next door. We have had many problems with this restaurant in the past and always with this one clerk. I have been to other Burger Kings in the past and used my rewards with my order and there has never been a problem. I will wait to hear from you regarding this matter.
