To whom it may concern, on a recent visit to location 1022, 300 south 25th street Easton P.A. 18042. 11/14/23 at 12:51 p.m. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a frozen coke. I specified to the individual, who unbeknown to me, was the duty Mgr. that A. I had a special request that the pattie be cooked fresh and B. that cheese be added. After the order was processed the Mgr, communicated to hourly employee of the request, the I witnessed the employee was grab a pattie from the warmer and proceeded to build sanwich. I questioned the Mgr. why after I just requested it be freshly prepared. the Mgr. replied that the chicken was indeed recent. I quickly reiterated that was not what I requested. The hourly employee then proceeded to comply with an attitude and uttered unnecessary comments in an foreign language. After patiently waiting for my order I realized that the sandwich had no cheese. I then spoke to Mgr. of the cheese she claimed that I never orders chesse and I had to pay extra. I personally felt belitted for the entire incident and the Mgr. never formally apologised for anything. Please be advised that I have been a loyal customer for a long time and Im not sure if after this last Expirience will ever return.
