Burger King

I stopped at the BK on Rainbow and Spring Mountain in Las Vegas about an hour and a half ago and ordered a triple whopper meal large with fresh fries and a large Sprite, light ice from the drive thru. I received a bag and a large cup and I left. I arrived at the hospital with the meal for my husband and the fries were the only thing good about that meal. The Sprite did not have any syrup and the burger given was a single whopper and an impossible one at that. So I returned 10 minutes back to the restaurant and told them what they gave me was wrong and I explained what was wrong and they half-heartedly apologized and remade the order. Once I returned again, it is still wrong! My husband says the patties used are NOT beef but plant based. And when I try to call the store itself, it rings and rings and no one picks up. It is ridiculous that they managed to screw up the order not once but twice and then when you point it out to them they make an even bigger goof up. It is unacceptable and I will NOT be eating there again!
