When we placed the original order for the warm ups on September 20th, we placed the order with confidence that we received a fit kit that we were told would be the correct sizing.

Based on the sizing from the fit kit and what we received, there were 2 different fits causing the custom warm up uniforms to not fit our athletes properly.

In addition, we received warm ups that were defective. The stitching color was white on a black warm up, the stitches were busting at the seams, there were marks made with marker and chalk left on the warm ups, and the letter spacing was not straight.

We did receive a second fit kit to resize, on Thursday November 2nd however the fit kit was missing 3 pieces as well as a different cut jacket from what our team was being fit for. Our warm up fit had no pockets, this warm up fit came with pockets.

This delayed us until November 7th- when we were finally able to get all of our athletes resized based on this fit kit.

This not only has been an inconvenience for our gym with dates, resizing, delays, etc. but it has also caused our team to not be properly prepared for our showcase and our first competition,

This is the first experience for a lot of our families and this has created what will be a "not so good" first experience for them. I hope you can relate to the feeling of not being prepared fully when this is the first experience.

Not only have we already been delayed but we are still not uniformed as a team.

We chose not to make the final payment until we were able to get what was promised for all of our athletes. 27 custom made uniforms to fit each athlete as sized and made as promised. We did not and will not be receiving this service.

The offer was to keep the defective uniforms but pay the balance for the ones that will be created. We were not secure in moving forward not knowing if we would receive the correctly made warm ups.

After having a 3 year working relationship with your company, this is a very unsatisfying outcome.

We got 40 cheerleading uniforms from Victory Cheer Uniforms LLC, but the skirts were cut shorter than they should be. The company asked us to send back the skirts so they could check the errors. They emailed me back saying that the skirts were indeed cut too short. It's been 3 months now, and today they emailed us saying that they actually made the skirts correctly, even though they admitted in several emails that they didn't. This company doesn't support their product or make it right according to your order. They won't fix the mistake they made and expect us to pay for the skirts, even though they're too short and wrong.

We asked for a quote with a mock-up design. The design was bright yellow and everything matched. I know it was mentioned that customized uniforms cannot be returned or canceled. But in our case, they were the wrong color when we got them, the liners didn't match the uniform, sizes were wrong, no bows were received, and the letters didn't match on some uniforms for the girls. We still haven't received the "corrected" sized uniforms. They said they would match the liners with the uniform. We wanted the uniform to match the current liners. The liners were the right yellow color. We're not happy with the colors at all. They don't match the mock-up picture. They wouldn't change the uniforms. When we asked if we could re-measure the girls before they fixed the uniforms (the order page is confusing), they only went by the first sizes reported and didn't give us the chance to resize the girls to ensure a match since the order form is confusing. We're being forced to buy items we didn't approve of and the colors are way off. We don't recommend this company at all.
