HUGO BOSS Fashions I went to the Hugo Boss store in the *** Mall in NJ today to return some clothes

I went to the Hugo Boss store in the *** Mall in NJ today to return some clothes. I told the guy at the front that I wanted to return something, had the card I used to buy it, but didn't have the receipt. He said I needed to talk to the store manager. The manager is tall, thin, and bald. Before I could finish my sentence, he just said "no, bye." I thought I was in a nice store, not on the street. It wasn't just that he couldn't process the return, it was his bad attitude that bothered me. When I asked for his name, he said, and I quote, "I'm not giving it to you. I don't want your business, I don't want you wearing our brand, get out of the store." I'm a professional, I run a customer service department, and this is not how you should treat customers. I wasn't being rude, I don't like rude customers, and I don't believe the customer is always right. But this guy was just attacking me. I checked the website and it says, "If you don't have your receipt, we'll process your return based on the current price of the item on our online store and give you store credit." I even chatted with a representative online and they said I could return without a receipt. I'm shocked at how bold your store manager is. It's really upsetting to think he can treat customers like this and get away with it.

On 11/13, I bought a 40R suit (item ***) on sale in store (***) at the Hugo Boss store. The suit was on sale for $556.50 (before taxes). The same suit, with the same size, was on sale for $460.00 on their online website. I want my money back for the difference.

I reached out to customer service and they asked for pictures, so I sent them. I bought 3 things from *** in May . I sent back one thing from each order (3 things in total) in one package using the label they gave me. The business got the package on 6/11. I still haven't gotten my money back for the 3 things I returned. I emailed customer service twice and called them once, but they didn't give me any info or fix the problem.

I bought 2 things from Boss Outlet at ***. When I tried to give back one thing within 30 days, they told me I can only get store credit as a refund. I can't believe this is Hugo Boss's return policy. The return policy for Boss/Hugo Boss is "The thing(s) gotta be new, not worn, not washed, not changed merchandise in good condition with original tags from the HUGO BOSS store. If you give it back within 60 days of getting it, you can get a full refund in the original way you paid." Can Hugo Boss corporate help me with the refund?

I bought a pair of Hugo Boss jeans in March and they're already falling apart after just one wash (I always wash my clothes in cold water on a gentle cycle). I'm really disappointed because my previous jeans and shirts from Hugo Boss have held up well over time. I reached out to Hugo Boss *** about this issue on May 9, but they told me since I bought it in a store, I should contact the store's customer service. I haven't heard anything back from them and I've followed up on May 10, May 16, and May 25, but still no response. I just want either a new pair of these jeans (model ***) or a refund. The size I need is 33/32.

I bought sum tshirts/polos from Hugo Boss online n in stores. 3 of em don't fit right, but I missed the return date. I emailed em askin if they can still take the returns even tho it's past the date. They said they don't normally do it, but they'll make an exception n accept the returns. I sent 3 items back, but they only refunded me for one. I emailed em askin why they only refunded one item. First, they said the item was missin, then they said I didn't buy the item online, n then they said they lost the item n ain't responsible for it. I sent a buncha emails askin for my items or my money back, but they ain't sent nothin. I want my items or my money back. Thanks for ur help ***.

In May 2022, I sent back some stuff I bought in April to a Hugo *** I was kinda bummed when I found out they couldn't give me a refund. They said I could either get a store credit or a gift card that works at any Hugo *** I went for the card 'cause they said it doesn't expire and can be used online too. The gift card says "FOR ONLINE STORE" on the back and has a PIN number under the *** scratch-off thingy. So, I tried using it online, but it didn't work. I called the customer service number on the card and they told me they don't accept store gift cards for online purchases anymore. It feels like a total scam, you know? How can they take my money and then not follow their own gift card rules (which is like the worst customer service move ever)? Isn't that illegal or something?

HUGO BOSS Fashions bought these shoes with the intention of returning them if they didn't fit or meet my expectations

bought these shoes with the intention of returning them if they didn't fit or meet my expectations. However, when I tried to return them, the store only offered me store credit instead of a refund. This was disappointing because I wanted to use the money elsewhere, especially during these uncertain times with the Covid situation.

I believe it's unfair that they didn't provide me with the option of a gift card, which would have allowed me to either gift it to someone or use it on their website. Their website has a wider range of products, and I could have easily found something else to purchase with my $212.

According to their website, they have a return policy that states unused and unworn items in new and salable condition can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. However, this particular store at ***, and its staff/manager, have refused to give me anything other than store credit.

Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service and return policy at this Hugo Boss store. I hope they reconsider their stance and provide customers with more flexible options, especially during these challenging times.

HUGO BOSS Fashions I bought a Jacket-****-4(Item#:[protected]) on 7/26/22 from Hugo Boss

I bought a Jacket-***-4(Item#:[protected]) on 7/26/22 from Hugo Boss. The jacket is new, never worn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags still attached. I tried to return it on 8/7/22, which is within the return period ("We are extending our online return policy from 30 to 60 days"-Hugo Boss Official Website). The store manager *** took the jacket from me and went to a private room. When he came back, there was suddenly some fluff/dust on it. He then threatened me, saying he wouldn't process the return unless I agreed to buy more things from him. I asked for his business card, but he claimed to be the highest-level manager and said his word was final. He then destroyed my receipt and demanded that I make purchases. I have attached pictures with this complaint. They were taken after *** refused the return. The jacket is clearly in brand new condition, and he was just trying to make things difficult for me and meet his own targets.

HUGO BOSS Fashions We ordered from HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc

We ordered from HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. on 5/4/2022 and expected the package to arrive on 5/9/2022. But, after a whole week of waiting, we reached out to their customer service for help. They started an investigation, but it's been a few days and we haven't received any updates. It's frustrating because they claimed that we received the package, which is absolutely ridiculous. The investigation doesn't seem to have any proper records, and they haven't found the package or sent a replacement. What's even worse is that when we placed a second order during this time, they returned it without my permission or attempting to deliver it. I strongly suspect that they mistook our second package for the missing one from the first order, which is not true. So far, we haven't received any of our packages from these two orders, and they did refund us the total amount of over $2,000. This just doesn't make any sense!

HUGO BOSS Fashions On July 11th, 2022, I bought a suit from the Hugo Boss Website

On July 11th, 2022, I bought a suit from the Hugo Boss Website. On the 19th, I got my suit! When I opened the package at home after work, all I found was a pair of pants in a small box on a hanger. I contacted *** and they said sorry and promised to send me the suit jacket and storage bag. The next Monday, they told me it was out of stock and there was no jacket for me. They said I could send the item back. I was confused because they listed the item that I spent *** Eventually, we agreed that they would give me 15% off a suit and I could send it back. They promised to refund me in 3-5 days instead of the usual 14 business days. So, I shipped out my pants and on August 1st, Monday, I called back to ask about the refund. They told me that I was supposed to call back, which is why I didn't see it. On Monday, they said it would be *** hours. But today, I received an email saying it will take 14 business days. I called back and they basically told me to s*** off and wait for 14 days. They even listed the suit on their website as 1 in stock, which was the one I returned because the jacket and bag were not in stock. I have shopped with them before and it has been great, but now I keep getting lied to and they are avoiding me. They also said they might issue the 15% off if I choose to shop again, but I would have to buy something first and then they would refund 15% off of it. The customer support team is a bunch of liars and fraudsters. They hang up on me when I try to call and nobody answers. The corporate number doesn't lead me anywhere. At this point, I just want my money back. I don't even care about the 15% off for a different suit. I have never been treated this way before. I'm just a 20-year-old kid who works really hard in my job, and yeah, I feel like I'm being played.
