I’ve been a customer for many years. Loved to go to the store to see what the latest technology was there and purchased many expensive items. Became a paid member. Then I tried to return one of two Rokus as I needed to compare them. I was willing to take a store credit.
Was told sorry it’s just past the time to return.
So I’m not shopping there again.
