8/6/25 purchased ARRIS Surfboard Wi-Fi Cable Modem. Installed this produce on 8/10/25. Product quite working on 8/21/25. Comcast came to try to resolve internet connection issues and determined it was the ARRIS Surfboard Wi-Fi Cable Modem. First appointment for Comcast was 8/23/25. 8/24/25 Tried to return the product to local Best Buy store and was told it was 18 days instead of the 15 day return policy. They said I had to contact ARRIS directly. ARRIS does not refund any products. I do not want another ARRIS modem I just want a full refund of $270.66 from Best Buy. I tried speaking to a manager but was on hold for over 30 minutes. Please Advise how I can get a refund.

Desired outcome: Full refund from Best Buy. They should stand behind products they sell and inform the customer that ARRIS does not offer any refunds. The product should work longer than 11 days.

I returned to Best Buy today and spoke directly to the manger. He refunded me the full price of the defective wifi/router/modem. So happy and appreciative.
