Awful customer service. Charged me but did not provide service. I did not feel like they had any interest in serving my needs, which would have likely included a new PC. They were very nice when I dropped of my device and made payment. They tried to hide in the back room when I arrived to pick up my device. When they came out body language was awkward, and they refused to make eye contact with me. Lots of excuses and contradictions. Lies from the General Manager. A full refund is appropriate.
