I ordered the 3in1 hoodie which includes the hoodie(navy) and rain jacket (yellow) on Dec 4. There was a pop up deal in the ordering process, offering another hoodie for 69.95. I attempted to order a women's hoodie in burgundy for the second hoodie. Instead, they added a navy men's hoodie to the original order, and placed the women's hoodie in a separate order, which did give the reduced price of 69.95. I immediately emailed them through their site, to please confirm my original color choices(this information was not included in the order confirmation), and to remove the extra men's hoodie that I did not order. After 10 days, I have received numerous marketing emails from them, but absolutely no response to my concerns. I emailed again today, but decided not to wait for an unlikely reply, after seeing the comments on this site about their nonexistent customer service. I would like confirmation of my color choices, removal of the additional hoodie from the order, and of course refund of payment already collected ($99.95 plus tax & shipping)for extra men's hoodie I did not order.
