I am having issues with my phone and called you three weeks ago and was told they would send me a replacement phone. After waiting, I decided to call and the person (India) was very rude to me and told me my phone was out of warrantee and for me to just let the phone go or transfer my services to another phone I will have to buy. I told him I had spoken to someone three weeks ago and told they will send out a new phone, so he just hung up on me.
