I bought a phone from Efox and it did not arrive and only weeks later I received a notification stating my order was cancelled because they were not able to deliver it to my location. When I contacted Efox they said I'll get a refund within a couple of day but time passed and there was no sign of my money. I contacted them again and they said that they don't know the exact date when will I get my money. They asked me to be patient and that's all.
After three weeks of waiting I demanded to speak with their manager about this but their rep said that they didn't had a manager! Are you kidding me? I'm not stupid to believe that they don't have a manager! Terrible service and staff! I want my money back!

Ordered a smartphone on Dec 3/2015, paid for it 147, 95 EUR the same day trough GLOBAL COLLECT BV account to EFOX in spain.
Received the smartphone on Dec 10/2015.
Opening the package the item is a used item, it had a tempered glass with air bubbles on it. Afte some days it also stopped working
Sent complaint the same day on Dec 10/2015
A video of the problem was requested. Sent it.
Sent the smartphone to China as ordered. Paid for the shipping 10.39 EUR.

Last reply from EFOX was on Jan 14/2016 stating that still haven t receive the item
No more replies since.
Don t know what else to do.

Efox delivered a set which was, by Asus, made for the Chinese market--modified by Efox, with a very old Android build and UNUPDATABLE!
