What good is this phone when i can not place a call can not receive a call. When i called on my other phone the lady took a long time to get to my phone number. I repeated my phone number at least 8 times. What do i have to do go to the business myself do the paperwork and get me another phone?
I’m so upset! Have assurance and they’ve sent 3 Schock replacement phones and none have worked correctly. I can seldom receive calls and usually they get cut off when they do get through. Same goes when I call out! I’ve called their # repeatedly and have such a hard time understanding them. I ask each time where they are and been told reluctantly that they’re in Philippines. Today I called twice to get a replacement phone and she eventually hung up on me. Then the second fellow went off the line for several minutes and ended up telling me that the texts were working on it on their end and it would be fixed. Well, I tried again and the phone would not call out. That’s been four hours ago. Also, the battery in this phone only lasts a maximum of three hours after it’s been fully charged. That’s with me not using it at all. Does anybody have any suggestions how I can get a phone replacement thank you so much, David S
This service is ridiculous. I apply, get approved, and when I get the phone it won't activate because it says I'm no longer eligible. The I'll call customer service and they re-enroll me and insist on sending a new phone with a new number. Maybe if they'd stop sending new phones to people who have a phone already you'd be able to get a new one. I've received 4 Schok phones and the newest one I received was a different style, color, size, and manufacturer. SMDH! When I called to straighten out the last phone I received the girl hung up on me. I received another new phone yesterday and will have to call yet again to try and activate it. Thankfully I downloaded a phone app so I at least have some call/text communication. But this is ridiculous. You need a new phone and I've gotten 4 of them. Wish I could send you one of mine. Lol

Why can't I make and receive calls and text messages?
I am a lifeline customer, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING and 10GB of hotspot.
I have not had this phone 2 weeks yet!

Smh. Wth assurance?! received phone saturday. Tried to activate it. Nothing! customer service is useless! can text and receive texts. No calls to and from. Do better!¡!
SAME HERE! Im so mad! I dont know what to do either because when i call customer support i cant get through to a human being to speak to and i need a phone number to get through \...and my phone number is "unknown" since it wont work...now im stuck without a phone and this sucks really bad...im sorry you are dealing with the same BS...if you figure it out lmk plz

I figured it out I had to go online and basically generate me a new number and now I can receive call Yeah me!

These customers are trying to be decent with a company that isnt decent. I say dont ask for another phone...it is a waste of time. Everyone should just use another comoany!

I received the phone last week and have made outgoing calls successfully. However, no one has been able to call me back, because after one ring, they hear a recording saying
"THE PERSON YOU HAVE CALLED IS UNAVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. MESSAGE 2 SWITCH 146." On my end, the phone doesn't even ring or give any indication that someone tried to call.
When I follow the instruction book to set up voicemail, the phone automatically dials a number and that same recording comes on ending in a busy signal.
