Mint Mobile - Rip off!
I signed up for 15gb plan, got a text saying I had a new 15gb of data. About 1 hour later I got another text saying 80% was already used. Phone says less than 4gb used. Mint refuses to refund the data or the cost of it. If you sign up for this service you will be ripped off. T-mobile is the office you want to visit to let them know how you feel about being ripped off.

In Feb of 2023 I purchased a $10 international roaming credit; this was never applied to my plan.
I used their chat feature to complain and was assured the credit would get applied but it never was.
On 1 October, I called and spoke to the rudest, most condescending support representative I have ever encountered. He claimed that international roaming credits “do not last forever” and that there was nothing on their site that said they did. When I pointed him to the Mint URL that said they do last forever, he accused me of going to a fraudulent website.
I then referred him to the Mint Mobile App which said exactly the same thing and he said that I he “couldn’t see that” on the app.
When I asked to be put through to a supervisor, he wouldn’t do it. I asked for a complaints procedure and a phone number or other contact details I could use; he gave me a bogus, non-Mint phone number. He then hung up on me.

Recommendation: Avoid Mint Mobile at all costs. If there is a problem, they will try and stonewall you into giving up.
