I'm facing the worst (yes it is worst) customer care service from airtel since the last 2 months (the day I converted my number to post paid).
Firstly, I'm getting 100's of messages in a day (Just imagine 100!) from an airtel number 543210.
The SMS service is about cricket alerts.
I've been contacting customer care since then, initially they were not sure why is this service activated. They gave me the reason I subscribed for it. When I said no, I've never subscribed for this service, they told me the service will be discontinued in 24 hrs, but its not.
I called up customer care innumerable number of times & every time I got exactly the same response that "the service will be discontinued in 24 hrs". Its more than 2 months now, they cant stop sending spam to me.
Imagine, they barr your outgoing calls the moment it exceeds its limit. But, dont know why they are so much reluctant to block this spam.
The worst part is the service provider itself is sending spam. What more to expect.

The current scenario, whenever I'm dialing airtel 121 the only option that I have (no matter what option I choose) is to send a SMS to 121.

I obtain broadband connection on my landline no.[protected] and [protected] on 30.10.2017 under free gift scheme of rs.2500/- The installed phone, have sent bill on address provided.But for sending gift they adopted a long proceesure which a common man cannot fulfil and his gift is lost .Why they have not send the gift on bills address?Arent they foolong people?

i can not get my mms which i got from Banglabesh. it has got stored in the web www.airtelworld.com/mms. and even the coustomer care service is not helping me. so tell me how to get or receive that mms from the web because as i am logging in the sight it is responding as an unknown host.

A MMS message come on my cell no.[protected]. Subject was welcome mms at & given a site address http://www.airtelworld.com/mms. Also give my passcode. But i am not able to view the mms. But how can it is possible that i will be activate it.

Hi: I have received an mms and the website doesn't work or exist. Its awful. The MMS should be directly sent to the mobile phone...why does it have to reside on the website. Din't understand the logic.

Great to see a response from airtel. I had a similar experience with a deduction of 4k . Discussions with the airtel help line yielded no results. I had to pay 4k unused charges ( apart from the treats on call) I was a customer for 5 years with airtel and must say their engineering support was excellent. But for this incident, I would have continued with airtel but post this decided never to go airtel way.

its a very serious problem that the number i am using for at least 2 yrs is suddenly stopped my outgoing calls, messages and net surfing, , and after complaining i get know that i have called them to do so just because i lost my sim card! isnt strange, , by the same number i was calling to customer care! how can it be resolved?

AIRTEL IS GREAT SUCKER IN INDIA. It should be banned No airtel customer is happy in Bangalore. The reason is they have given the business on contract to private agencies. Before 3 yrs it was good in bangalore.
I applied for broadband connection at Bangalore ulsoor on [protected]. After 15 days airtel called and informed me that the connection in
my area is not possible as they dont have reach up to there. I told ok refund my 800 which i have paid in cash so from that day it is still pending I went to Bannerghatta office but no one took it serious and every day they are making fool of me.

I am prepaid customer of airtel with mobile no:[protected].i have activated Rs.119 booster on november 3, 2017.initially i got sms balance of 12, 000 which expires on 30th april 2017. if i send sms to any other network users 10p is reduced from by balance.only when i send sms to airtel users my sms balance is getting reduced. i had already used this booster plan many times but this time only am having problem.So kindly look into this matter and arrive me a solution.
