I took the initiative and went to Ackermans Eastgate to make paymet on my account, the consultant at the customer service counter refused to assist me as she said that without the card they cannot assist me even though I offered to give her my id number, she told me she was to busy to call the Head Office, so I walked out very disappointed with the service I received. I then found out that I have been ITC listed for R389, which I paid via EFT on the 23 May and was then R472.23 but I was not removed from ITC, I was trying to buy a car and was told am written off as a bad debt. I want to be removed from ITC as I have made a payment, they are quick to list you but do not delist.

    I went to golden acre Ackermans today to buy clothes for my unborn baby. I asked the cashiers about the special of baby growns, they said there is no special it was last week.I only got two buble for R60. I spent almost R700 only to find out when um home that the special ends on 8 Aug ..so they lied to me!

    Hi people. Never buy a cellphone at ackermans because they wont take them back in case theres something you dont like about it. I bought a phone yesterday, today when i take it back to complain about it, i was told they cant take it back. I bought something that doesnt satisfy me. I wasted about R1800. Ackermans sucks!

    I bought a laptop in early February and promotion said I will get 1GB for 6months subjected to a R50 recharge. 1st month did the recharge and got 1GB but now this month, I haven't received anything. I went to the store in eastgate to complain yet the matter hasn't been attended to.

    Just few minutes ago i was at ackermans menlyn mall,
    1.cashiers are not wearing name tags
    2. Dont greet customers
    3 their service i very very poor we approximately waited on the queue for like 15 to 20 minutes just to take out a layby
    4. They have a rude way of responding to customers

    Please get to the bottom of this

    I've settled my account on the 22/12/17 at Greenstone and on the 10 /01/17 I went to the same store that I've settled to Greentone to close my account . Boom On the 16/01/18 received an sms dat I must pay R 58.56 for wat cause I've request dat you must close it .please rectify that please cause I won't pay it.

    My name is phelisa nkonyeni iapply for account at Ackermans via SMS they call me and they ask my details so that they can fill application after they they tell me I must go to the nearest stores to hand my payslip and I'd after that the lady in the till says I'm going to receive message as soon until now I'm still waiting

  • The branch in Wolmransstad don't but on aircons in this heat. People don't want to buy or shop there. We did ask for them to put on aircons they just ignore us

    i bought Dstv at ackermans in polokwane mankweng complex for R599 that included installation but their guy who does the installations said he cant come to my place because its far, now i have to find someone to install it while i have already paid Achermans for the installations

    I bought a hand bag at Johannesburg calton Centre at Ackerman, they didn't remove the tag, I went to vosloorus as I working there I asked them to remove for me they refuse they said they want a slip. I told them that I throw a slip bt I bought with account card. They said they can't help me I must go back to where I bought a bag

    I am not happy at all i bought a baby jacket on laybuy... the baby wear it 2 times after that the jacket has damage both side and now i dont have slip to proof it but i know the date i pay laybuy... puseletso from Botshabelo freestate

    I OPENED AN ACCOUNT THREE WEEKS AGO AT ACKERMANS FLORA CENTRE.

    I GAVE THEM ALL MY DOCUMENTS, WHICH THEY SCANNED AT THE STORE.

    I phoned head office, which they told me that they do not have the documents

    If they transfer me they cut the line

    Head office told me that they will phone me, which never happened

    This is pathetic .

    I bought a rain mac from Balfour Park the price was R149 99
    When the article was scanned the price was R169 99
    When I enquired I was told that the article was a price up???
    How does this work
    You see one price then you charged another price.

    I was double charged and it went through twice on my account but it didn't go through on the Ackermans system now I have to go back to the bank and reverse the transaction and the charges are going to be on my account. I think it's really unfair for the customer

    I bought black wedges on the 21st of December 2019 at the store and paid 200 rand for it. I wore the shoes to church on the next day and the back of the wedge broke ass well as the strap. I will be returning the shoes and expect a full refund. I am so disappointed as the shoes were very comfortable and i purchase from Ackermans regularly.

    I bought clothes at Ackerman's store
    i returned the clothes I bought with using a debit card they did a cash refund that was successful to my surprise the money is still not in my account I have slips to show that the refund was approved but no money

    While fitting pants in your store the magnet popped out and the pin pierced my foot . See pictures attached I was planning to spend over R1500 in your store but left with a painful foot and tears in my eyes.. The staff gave me tissues to wipe and a plaster . I left the store and no one cared if I was okay!
