I went to Ackermans the one on pretorious and Lilian ngoyi street on the 31st of May to buy a cellphone because my old cellphone was no longer functioning and I was suppose to submit an assignment that very day using my cellphone. When I got there I was assisted by this other lady who works there. I asked her to help me select a good cell phone on the Premio brand that were there and asked her whether it will will function well and the network speed then she show me Premio S84 and then I bought it to only find out that it is really slow on other networks only fast when using Vodacom and I use telkom Unlimited data which means I can't buy another data. I went back the following day then they showed me that its working from their side and they said they can refund me if not satisfied. Then I left when I got home the network was not working again when I went back for the refund that very same day they told me we can't refund you but earlier that morning they said we can refund you. So I really don't know what I have to do as a customer I am really hurt.

Desired outcome: Please refund me

thise premio x87 phones is [censored] i am very much sorry thise brand phones just look nice on the out side,,i bought thise a month ago,,everytime i am on a certain app it just went blank,when a call comes it went blanck,everytym and again u have to put it on charger aggg damn fone,,

I hate this phone called premio x85 .. its only functioned fir 5 months. Its went blanked .and there's no where i could find the screen 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

I don't want to say much but all I can say is that I hate this Premio phone is very slow and freeze the screen lock,I only bought it on the 04 October 2022 but iyooh is like I bought it 1996 to think that I spent R1500 on this stupid phone. I even hate Arkermans with passion. Sis Maan mxm.

Last year around August I bought a new phone Sumsung A3 core. In April 2022 it went blank and stopped working the on the 27 of April I went to Ackermans to return it for repair they said it will take 21 days excluding weekends for it to come back I waited for a month thy didn't even bother to call me and give me a feedback about what is happening with my phone. When I went there there on the 3rd of June they say I must wait for the next Friday they will call me coz the phone is still on repair. Then on 10 th of June I went there same story I am tired , poor service😥💔
