I want to withdraw my money on my account last nov. 9 but they refuse it. They asked me to send many information and requirements which is i did. But it's been 4 days and I keep updating them and asking them if about update but they keep on saying just wait for the verification. How long they need to verify my account? it's already 4 days since they hold my account and i send all the details they need. But until now they are not releasing my money.

I would like to complain regarding my money deposit request using gcash method, still not came through my wallet.

It’s been more than 2 hours since transaction was made. I would like to fully refund the amount I deposit 3500.00 php to [protected] since the game I want to bet is finished as well.

I have placed a bet which states that

and in the first over India (Team 1) has done 4 and 1 runs on 2 deliveries.

But the company made the decision that i lost the bet.
