I made an deposit from UPI on 22nd April of rs 3500 money was debited from account but not credited to 1xbet account after trying to contact the support team they told to raise the deposit request but this time the payment details suddenly change please help me out

Hello team , this is to inform you that these mentioned below withdrawal requests wasnt credited to my account and some of them got rejected by operator i dont know why and even that all money not credited to my bank account even not returned to my game id which is [protected]. Wrong result displayed, switching the positions of team 1 & 2.
1) I bet on one match on europian t10 series on total score in 10 overs will be over 100.5, suddenly rain arrives, & match reduced to 5 overs only, my team scored 59/2 in 5 overs. They first refunded the amount, and declared me lost. Whether on other betting apps, used by my friends, they got a refund.
This is similar to the case when I make a bet on Lebanon basketball league, I bet on the total score would be under 89, & I won that, but they refunded my amount. So sad.
2) I bet today on the final match of sharjaah t20 league, bet was whether the batting team score 187.5 over or under in 20 overs, I bet on under 187.5 runs. Team scored 182/9 only in 20 overs, i checked the bet I got shocked. Actually they changed the position of the team from team 1 to team 2. Means the team which was initially at team 1 becomes team 2 in the second inning.
These are all [censored]. They are making people fool.

I researched from friends and acquaintances about a good and reliable site with which I can deposit and withdraw from Iran easily. finally I selected 1xbet.com. and I deposited all of my annual savings. and then, after some bets and mix bets, my account was blocked and asked me for Id card and documents. after I sent them, I received a message: "Your account is under verification. Please, login to your account via PC in order to see the instructions."
then when I logged in with PC, just see this window (attached photo). and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:
"Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."
I'm so worry. I need my funds for my university education expenses and also my old father's treatment costs... please help me someone... thank you so much. every seconds is like as a year for me...

I logged in with PC, just see this window with title "block appeal" and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:

after 48 hours an email I received that "You need to provide copies of personal identification documents. Please log in to My Account and upload the relevant photos."
after it after 72 hours asked me to send my deposit transactions by my e-wallet.
