So earlier today I credited my 1x bet account with a sum of 2k
I played a game with 1k
I logged out and logged in again and I couldn't see the game I had played and I didn't see my 1k balance
It wasn't in my history
But I was debited and the debit info contained 1x bet as destination and yet there was no money in my account. And no games played. I have the screenshot of the debit on my message app and my email address

I try to contact them on chat support but no one resolve my issue, they are just telling me to wait everytime I text them and I even mailed them but no one responded, it's been 4days now.

I have deposited twice on the account for a total of $1500. I had to deposit twice as I lost most of my first deposit. I progressively increasing my total bankroll on that account to about $6000. I decided to make my first withdrawal then.
The verification procedure then started the account. I have received some very weird requests to get the account verified, but I will not get into them now as that's not the point of the ticket.

After I provided all the information requested, I have received a message saying my account was closed. They had cancelled ALL my bets, and only left me with the initial deposit amount. That's over $4500 lost, and absolutely no reason is provided. I have never shared this account with anyone. I have not gone against any of the rules set by Betwinner. Yet, they closed my account and will not answer of the messages I write. This really looks like stealing from players that become profitable on the website...

So im here trying to show how 1xbet treat theyre customer(me)

Today at 12:54 pm time in local, i bet on basketball in Bambitious nara vs Aomori wat's match. I bet on (2 half, total under 88.5).when the match finished the bet slip is not setteled.i check on google for correct score and then i ensure that i am win.but after 4 hours the bet slip shows the bet loss, the score was incorrect in last quarter. I again search the match and check maximum website for correct score.all the websites shows same score and only the 1xbet shows different score in last quarter. I bet under 88.5 points, google and others website shows the match finished in total 86 points. But only 1xbet shows total 89 points. I mail there mailing address but not fix yet. Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues.
