Deposit problem
On 05-05-2022 and on 06-05-2022 I deposited Rs. 1000 and Rs. 400 in my gaming account. Amont has been debited from my bank account but I didn't received any amount in gaming account neither got refund in my bank account.
As per the rules if anyone doesn't receive their money within 3 hours he/she should write an email to their site. I write an email to them and I attached the proff of transactions from my bank account.
Then after 6,7 hours I received a call form them and I person asked me about that email I told him all thing that happened with me about deposit problem. And I asked him when I will get my money back or in my game he said within 4,5 hours. But today after 5 days I didn't received any amount or refund from their company. I tried to call that person back but he blocked my number and made his phone switch off.
I don't know how government gave them license or approved them in our country.
