As usual there was no response from mail which I had sent for last few days

Chat operator says your request has been sent to specialists , my question is how many days would specialist take to resolve this issue ? More than three days , still it’s under review

1×bet application I have deposited 2500 from phone pe app but not credited my 1×bet account

On 05-05-2022 and on 06-05-2022 I deposited Rs. 1000 and Rs. 400 in my gaming account. Amont has been debited from my bank account but I didn't received any amount in gaming account neither got refund in my bank account.

As per the rules if anyone doesn't receive their money within 3 hours he/she should write an email to their site. I write an email to them and I attached the proff of transactions from my bank account.

Then after 6,7 hours I received a call form them and I person asked me about that email I told him all thing that happened with me about deposit problem. And I asked him when I will get my money back or in my game he said within 4,5 hours. But today after 5 days I didn't received any amount or refund from their company. I tried to call that person back but he blocked my number and made his phone switch off.

I don't know how government gave them license or approved them in our country.

I hope my this complaint will reaches to 1xbet's ears and they will take some kind of action regarding my deposit.

I have not received deposit amount in 1xbet wallet. One day and 4 our complete to payment amount but till now I am not added deposit in wallet. Please check my account and solve my problem

1xbet company is a fraud betting site in Bangladesh beacuse of regional payment system. I didn’t get my deposited money in my Player ID: [protected] since 05th April, 2022. Bangladesh Payment gateway has available bKash, nogot, Rocket, Fast bKash, Fast nogot etc. I think all the method are only for collecting money from clients and after collecting money from clients, Authority only instruct to send a mail in a special email address so called Express Service but they didn’t respond at all thus they didn’t respond after months. I deposited via Fast bKash 5000 BDT and Player ID: [protected] wasn’t credited. I provided all the documents as the proof but they didn’t respond me rather live chat section or WhatsApp channel advice me to wait untill email support team respond me. What a disgusting site it is! Once upon a time, they will not credit my money in my gaming account. It is need to solve as soon as possible.

I bet on an accumulator, I took 8 bets and won all of those the status of 7 bets changed to won but 1 bet is not settled yet. I'm complaining the 1xbet team from 2 days but they are not responding proper first they saying that official results are not announced but now they are not replying me, but the results are announced on every sport website.

I have mailed them with all the details with transaction statement pdf, but still didn't get the money refunded. They first said to wait 14 days. After that when i provided all the details they again said to wait and but nothing happened. Its almost 1 month and they cannot resolve an issue. I have also messaged them in facebook. Actually I have made the transaction through upi(phone pe) after successful transaction when I have entered the 1xbet app where I have to submit the transaction information it says like this payment identification number is already in use but I have not created the request untill then the payment was successful but my money was not credited to the wallet

I have won around 21lakhs and 50 thousand rupees in 1x bet and while I am trying to withdrawal the money, I am not able to withdrawal.

I am following up with the 1x bet team in number of ways since last 10 days but I didn't get single response from them. I had shared all the documents what they asked but I didn't get any single response.

I don't have any options and I need the money. Earlier I lost so much of money in the same account but at the time of winning, they suddenly made my account to frozen state.
