I made 4 times withdrawal request in this past 9 days all these times the withdrawal request is denied by operator due to the reason this IPL season there is a server issues, I also contact your customer service through chat session but all those times they said please wait for 7 days it will take upto 7 days,but after one day the requested amount is credited into my 1x account then how many days long to withdrawal my money it is so irritating to me🤦

Deposit problem
On 05-05-2022 and on 06-05-2022 I deposited Rs. 1000 and Rs. 400 in my gaming account. Amont has been debited from my bank account but I didn't received any amount in gaming account neither got refund in my bank account.
As per the rules if anyone doesn't receive their money within 3 hours he/she should write an email to their site. I write an email to them and I attached the proff of transactions from my bank account.
Then after 6,7 hours I received a call form them and I person asked me about that email I told him all thing that happened with me about deposit problem. And I asked him when I will get my money back or in my game he said within 4,5 hours. But today after 5 days I didn't received any amount or refund from their company. I tried to call that person back but he blocked my number and made his phone switch off.
I don't know how government gave them license or approved them in our country.
I hope my this complaint will reaches to 1xbet's ears and they will take some kind of action regarding my deposit.

1xbet company is a fraud betting site in Bangladesh beacuse of regional payment system. I didn’t get my deposited money in my Player ID: [protected] since 05th April, 2022. Bangladesh Payment gateway has available bKash, nogot, Rocket, Fast bKash, Fast nogot etc. I think all the method are only for collecting money from clients and after collecting money from clients, Authority only instruct to send a mail in a special email address so called Express Service but they didn’t respond at all thus they didn’t respond after months. I deposited via Fast bKash 5000 BDT and Player ID: [protected] wasn’t credited. I provided all the documents as the proof but they didn’t respond me rather live chat section or WhatsApp channel advice me to wait untill email support team respond me. What a disgusting site it is!
