I processed a deposit of 35k pesos. I got an error message during the transaction so I contacted my bank after. They confirmed that the transaction was successfull and manually credited the money to 1xbet (Gcash). They sent me the bank statement which I forwarded to 1xbet support. My bank sent me an email saying that they coordinated with Gcash and that they confirmed that the said transaction are successfull. I informed 1xbet support and send them again the email I received. For 2 MONTHS THEY KEEP ON SAYING WAIT FOR THE SPECIALIST TO REVIEW. Last december they ask me for my October Bank Statement and even provide them my bank statement code for AND THEN ASK ME TO WAIT AGAIN.

So today i deposit Rp. 400.000 via Dana

My problem is that support either does not want to solve my problem, or does not want it to be solved at all. All i say here have proofs on my screenshots.

I Registered in 1xbet when i was in Republic of Kazakhstan, on my own local number, which belongs to me according to the documents.

After that, the support service requested a photo where I keep my documents against the background of conversation with them, I had to take these photos twice, because the first time they didn’t like something.

Then they asked why I registered several accounts in their system (this is not so). I said that I don’t have any accounts, to which I received a question about some kind of person (Baimukhambetov Nurdaulet), to which I said that I don’t know such a person. Asking why this question - I also did not receive an answer.

After that, a series of requests for various documents continued, from paid utility bills to snls, inn (tax id in russia). The account was never unlocked. Today they asked me for a photo with the inscription they needed on a piece of paper and today's date. I sent all this to them, to which I received a letter that I need to go to my personal account and go through the procedure there (without specifying which one). In my account, I saw that I was blocked and I needed to file an appeal, which made me scared, because I provided everything and did nothing.

Now im here & asking 1xbet support team to contact me directly with normal answers on my mails and unlock account & then withdraw money.
