I was locked out of my account for almost a whole day and once I contacted customer service I notice my email address was changed and I never made the request. The following day my account was suspended until further review. Once they reviewed my account they determined my deposit activity was inconsistent and permanently disabled my account. I was locked out of my account! My entire email address was changed! I told them that once I had access to the account again that I did not recognize the deposit activity myself. They never gave me proof and all they could tell me was that it was impossible to for someone to hack my account. I’ve used multiple Sportsbook apps and never had this problem. Customer Service was horrible and I was never given a chance to provide customer service evidence that my account was was not being used by me. I told them countless times I did not recognize the information but they decision was final and the closed the ticket.

Update 4/26.

Followed up with support per developer response and they told me the samething (decision is final) my account is suspended due to activity that was done during the time I was locked out of my account. So although I had nothing to do with this I am being punished for it. I told them my email was changed during the time I was locked out and I never requested this change but that didn’t matter to support. No accountability at all

Fanduels customer service is definitely by far the worst.There is not a live person that you can speak with. The app also take longer than other apps to withdraw your winnings 24 hours and up to 48 hours for large winnings. Also I noticed when I have a good bet it will kick me out before i can place the bet. Then it say verifying location even know it just verified you 30 seconds ago. Then the bet is gone have to start over.

They never give me a cash out option, I had won 7 out of 9 games with the other 2 games winning and still no cash out. I think the font is to small and you can’t make it big or expand the screen. Sometimes I get the option to share my bet and sometimes I don’t, and it’s only right after I place it and no there way to share it with friends. Even though I have accept odds clicked so that it doesn’t change them it still does.

I like the fact that I can play same game parlays with multiple same game parlays on the same bet. I like the live betting with all the different bets. FanDuel randomly gives you free bets and parlay boosts.

I don’t know it is what it is… I will still use FanDuel. It doesn’t matter which app you use you are going to run in to issues. So long story short they not the best or the worst in my opinion, but I enjoy sport betting and getting free bets here and there.

I can assure you that you DO NOT want to waste your money on this TERRIBLE SITE! I made my way to this supposed VIP Status! My VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER ( ERIC GASTON) was one of the most rude ignorant people that you could ever deal with! Any time I ever asked this man for anything he denied the request. The free play money is absolutely terrible when you dump thousands upon thousands of dollars Into the site! Then I proceed to messege my supposed VIP account manager and I ask him how I go about taking a breather because the site was taking more money then I’m comfortable with and that I wanted to take a look into taking a little break! I ask if he was able to apply my free play money for the week that I was getting for depositing so much and what does he do? He reports my account and they block me from the site and burn me on the money that was supposed to be rightfully given to me! Not to mention when you first start playing on here you magically win left and right on the slots and as soon as they hook you in the wins suddenly disappear and you just become a donor week after week after week after week! My recommendation would be try somewhere else before you waste your time or money on this horrible site! I have no idea how the sports betting side is maybe that’s better but as far as the slots and that whole side of it STAY AWAY! You will lose piles of money and you will be treated like a pile of trash TRUST ME!

So I woke up this morning , took a look at some of the games I liked and took the Chargers.. I usually wait until one sessions of games are done to see if I win or lost, so I can gauge how much to risk on the next games... this app has been ok, other then you can’t buy half points in NFL or any points in College Football... but this is not the matter at hand... so the Chargers finished and I lost a heart breaker, so I go to sign in the app, with over 25 mins to go before kickoff of all the early games and I COULD NOT LOG IN.. I called my mother to try for me, NOTHING . I called my brother, again .. NOTHING. We all got ERROR MESSAGES.. this was so upseting. I had my eyes set on the Patriots/Rams/CHEIFS to just win bonus boost you offered BUT I COULD NOT GET IN. I also wanted the Patriots parlayed with the Saints, they both covered. So the app not allowing anyone in until the games began and the Patriots were already winning and the bonus boost wasn’t available , as well as the live lines were silly. So on a day where I definitely would have won approx. $500... instead I lost because I had to settle for only betting the later games and the replacement bet didn’t hit. This was the first issue I ever had with your app but it was a costly issue. I’d like to just know what happened at around 1230-115pm Eastern time? Why was your site completely down? I had family and friends both with the same issue. I just feel I deserve an explanation .

Before you say it, I know it is a gambling app. Odds are supposed to be in favor of the house, but not like this. After dealing with all of the below, I read that they are not an accredited ComplaintsBoard.com company with hundreds of complaints.

First off, you can make an account and deposit money onto it via your internet browser. As soon as you go to bet, it forces you to download the app or you can’t use your money. Which is a terrible design. Especially when I had to fight to login in the first place.

Secondly, avoid the casino. The odds are terribly rigged. They let you win and then crank down your winnings and odds. Magically, my odds seemed to go down the higher value chips I used for card games. I’ve played a lot of blackjack in my life. I’m not a rookie. I know what to do with my hand based on the dealer’s hand. Defying odds once is one thing, but hand after hands numerous times gives away the rigged game. The deck is not random.

Thirdly and additionally to the previous statement. Stay way from slots. The games that have a bonus bank that fills up is grossly over representative. It would not trigger when showing full At $1.76 a spin, IT TOOK WAY OVER $400 to trigger it way after it is was shown as full before I blew $400 on it. Unless you hit a near top tier slot play outcome, your winnings for that turn are normally way less than what you bet. 4 of kind.. $0.20.

The only reason why I gave it a 2 star was because they can’t really rig the bookie feature.

My account was blocked for what one agent said was signing in on multiple devices. Betting wasn’t live yet and I attempted to sign in on my old laptop to see if it would work. Well it didn’t and FanDuel advised not to use that computer. The next day betting was live and my iPhone would not allow me to place a bet and customer support said my iPhone was blocked as a device for trying to emulate android which isn’t true because my iPhone is an apple product and I don’t have any kind of android software on it. Another support agent said I’d be able to use another device and that the iPhone is restricted. I was unsuccessful in using another device because my account was blocked but I wasn’t made aware by that agent. I wasted my time trying 3 other devices when in reality it was never going to work because the last agent said I was blocked for trying to use an android emulator. It is now day 3 of fighting for the my account to be lifted of the block so I can finally start using their app but it appears it won’t happen as I am not getting a reply to my emails. I’d go elsewhere. I’m also baffled at how the app has such high rating but then again a lot of companies pay for 5 star reviews nowadays.

Update: 3 days of radio silence and this generic developer response is useless because there’s no way to “direct message” them via AppStore so please save yourself the headache. Avoid DraftKings too because you get one email response per day and they ask you questions you have already answered.

I’d like to express my opinion on the site and why I am so upset with FanDuel and will recommend to everyone not to use it. It began about a month ago when I was sent an email about a free 50 FanDuel was adding to my account. At that point I had been using DraftKings and unibet and froze my FanDuel account. I was impressed with a free 50, so I asked for my account to be reopened, which it was, but there was no money. I had talked to support (have the email still) and Jake had told me it would be added in a day and if not to write back. It wasn’t added and a day or two later I got an email apologizing and saying that email about the 50 was sent by mistake. There goes the money, even though your support team told me I was getting it after the email stated I was getting it. Ok, too late, I already reopened my account so I Might as we’ll place a few bets. This takes me to ufc bet that I will put in the picture (pic was sent to FanDuel in my same email to them). I got two of the fights correct with the third fight being cancelled. I didn’t think I would get the winnings, but since I didn’t really miss any I figured at least my money back... nope. Nothing. This is scary especially with Covid canceling sports and teams games. If a bet is placed and game never happens, from past experience, fan duel gets the money because the pick wasn’t right. I then wrote to contact and speak to someone, but again nothing. I think this is pathetic for a company the size of fanduel to do this to any customer.

I’ve been playing blackjack for over 13 years and in 2019 before COVID I won over $1.2 million in 3.5 months(win loss statements to back everything up)Yes COVID has effected life very drastically and it also has changed casinos near and far. But one thing I noticed with all these app with blackjack on it, especially with fanduel is how rigged it is and when the game seems to never give out anything playing the blackjack app. While playing blackjack on the app for long periods of time and if you leave the app to pause, I noticed I’ve always lost 8-14 hands constantly. No matter what you do, the app will send winning cards to itself. One time I played for 5.5 hours after it took $6k within 5 minutes of using the app, i fought back for hours playing hands less than $20 unless i had to because i also discovered when you play hands over $25 frequently it automatically sends terrible cards. And never press the double bet button over 3-5x. The game knows how much money you uploaded and it knows when to take all your money if you are the doubling type. I have over 10-15 sessions to prove these things happen consistency. Last but not least if you get free play money/casino bonus, gamble wisely, the app will let you win early playing basic, then towards 70-90% left of the casino bonus balance it will win 9-14 hands in a row. It’s happened numerous times. The app blackjack is rigged and it’s no way they can say otherwise . Good luck and learn sooner than later. Back to crushing actually casinos. Convenient yet deadly

I don’t leave reviews often but when I do it’s because their’s either a problem or I really like the app. With that being said this company is absolutely terrible when it comes to needing anything customer service related. And even their incentives such as the 55/1 super bowl odds was not working correctly on the app when I signed up. When you reach out to customer service all they do is send you this message:

“Thank you for contacting FanDuel Sportsbook Customer Support. Please accept our apology for not responding to your inquiry sooner. Our team has been experiencing significantly higher contact volume from customers. Despite the volume, your inquiry is very important to us.
Our team strives to make sure that we are providing each Loyal FanDueler with the best Sportsbook experience possible and do appreciate your business. As a thank you for your patience, we have added $10 in bonus funds to your account. These funds won’t expire and are eligible to use on any Sportsbook Wager you wish!”

This was over 10 days ago after the first $10. The problem never gets fixed. Don’t get me wrong a free $10 is great but they are paying you to leave them alone and they never actually fix the issue. My PayPal account is locked because of a wrong email account entered and cannot be unlocked until someone in FanDuel unlocks it. After 3 tickets entered and multiple emails sent I’ve come to the realization that they are not going to fix my problem and have basically stolen my money. My advice would be to try out draft kings. Don’t get burned like I did!

Was playing non-live dealer roulette when I placed three bets on one spin. A chip on the first dozen, a chip on the second dozen, and a chip on Green 0. Green 0 hits, and I receive no payout when I certainly just placed the wager, triple checked to make sure I did because it’s easy to misplace a bet playing online. Anyways, made the bet, and received no payout. Contacted support to alert them of my issue to have it rectified to be told I cannot be given my winnings. I have no idea how you can take my money after I win the bet. Have already spoken to family friends in gaming commission.

Secondly, their live dealers are scrupulous. The croupier on the roulette table was throwing the ball down several times, legit throwing and tossing/dropping it into the wheel. Have also seen one Blackjack dealer draw cards and dispose of them until she had a face card and/or number high enough to beat players. All the while looking at the cards (suppose to be face down). And then the kicker of all kickers, watched the same croupier mentioned above spin, ball lands in green 0…. Sits there for 7-8 seconds, winning number flashes on screen and what do you know somehow the ball has moved one space over and the number was changed. That chat was livid in that game.

I shouldn’t have to screen record every wager I place due to fear of cheating but I’m going to have to. Have everyone of them recorded and documented besides the Green 0 incident. Save your money and DO NOT bet online with live-dealers or non-live. Stick to sports or go to a live casino where you can lose your money fairly. This doesn’t look very good on FD’s end.

This app is by far the best in NJ – I used to live in Europe where there’s loads of betting apps that are way more sophisticated than the NJ options, I can tell you that after trying them all Fanduel is the only one who seem to know what they’re doing. Draftkings won’t take my money anymore after I won ONCE. Also a massive upgrade from betting offshore. Specifically what I like the most:

They give frequent, generous and creative promotions that make it a lot more fun to bet. Not sure if they’re going to keep being this generous (it could be a launch thing) but there’s a new promo every day
Loads of Bets:
They’ve way more options to bet on than other bookies – like 100 different options in every game.
FAIR LINES:
Seriously, Draftkings are a joke by how much juice they take. They don’t care about their customer. FD take a fair cut which makes it possible to win money. It feels like a fair fight.
They also don’t limit sharp players – they seem to get that it’s a dumb idea to only let people who lose onto their book (I hope you’re reading William Hill and Draftkings!). Never had an issue with payouts too, which is great because I got burned badly with the offshores.

One thing they could improve for sure is the login feature. It keeps kicking me out and I don’t know why, then sometimes it shuts me out altogether. However – this has let me experience their delightful customer service team who answered my call promptly and helped me get back in. Really nice personal touch (no annoying robots answering the phone like so many big companies!)

Keep it up Fanduel (and fix your login please) I am a happy customer!

CORRECTION: upon rebooting my iPhone the app now works perfectly again. I should’ve realized some updates require restarting your device. Therefore this is back to being the best sports wagering app out there. The options are endless, so much better than William Hill. I can combine almost any type of wager in parlays. I can wager on my phone at work and drive 12 minutes down the road to Valley Forge Casino to collect, take a shot on their crap tables, cash in chips and walk to the sports book cage and add funds to my sports app account. Or simply stay home during the pandemic and quickly move funds electronically. Disregard my negative review below. Thank you and sorry to jump on a bad review. ...

Why did u shrink display size? I did the latest update May 16 and noticed all of the wasted space on my display, large black bars at the top and bottom of my phone screen. It’s not like I have the latest iPhone that is much taller and more narrow. This new display is closer to square. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but you’re doing way too much scrolling when you should be able to see everything on the screen. Used to be able to screenshot long parlays up to seven teams with all of the wager information, the payout and my balance up top, all nicely fitting on the screen. Now with this new squared off wasted display you can only fit three teams. That is insufficient and there is no reason for it as nobody owns a square phone or tablet. Every time I do an update to the app I hope that it fixes the crashing to white screen problem. Hopefully this update fixes that but I can’t stand the shortened nearly square display. Total waste of space on what was the previously the best Sportsbook app.

I made the following bet, the over 120.5 total points on a basketball game FSU and Georgia on 3/17/23. The time left in the game was 4mins and 32 sec left in the 4th quarter and on this live betting app the live score showed Georgia-59 FSU-58 the over was at +100. With those odds it made for a easy decision to put money on the over of +120.5 needing only 4 point being scored with that much time left on the clock. So I watched the live game update on this live betting app. At the end of the game the score showed Georgia-66 FSU-58 so I was shocked when the bet was settled and I was not paid out. Naturally I went to look at the game on a sports application only to find out that the final score was Georgia-66 and FSU-54. So me looking for a live bet this one stood out however it was false/wrong data… SO IN RESPONSE BY FANDUEL A LIVE BETTING APPLICATION. RECOMMENDS US USERS TO MAKE WAGERS BEFORE THEY HAVE A GAME GO LIVE? ( SO WHATS THE POINT OF THIS LIVE BETTING APPLICATION) AND WHEN USING THIER APPLICATION WE THE USERS HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEIR DATA IS ACCURATE BY CHECKING OTHER APPLICATIONS.. I have a love/hate relationship with FanDuel Sportsbook. While it’s a great app itself for betting that prefer due to ease of use and visual presentation, it’s super annoying at times for its speed and location issues. It commonly has trouble with verifying location even when on I’m connected to high-speed wi-fi. It’ll let me log in, I’ll get my bets set then all of a sudden it can’t verify my location even though it did 5-10 minutes ago and I haven’t moved from my seat. SOMETIMES it will give the option to re-verify my location in the app, but most of the time I have to completely shut down the app and go through the login process all over again.

It also has many times that it’s super slow on on sending authentication codes to login. Sometimes it sends the codes via text right away other times it takes 5-10 minutes to receive a code even though again I’m on high speed wi-fi and have full bars on my cellular service. I’ll have the app resend the codes and then 5 minutes later I get two codes sent simultaneously. I understand delays of 2-3 minutes if it’s busy like during sports playoffs, but 5-10 minutes is too long. If I’m checking stats and finalizing picks on my bet slip or catch a pregame player update 10 minutes before tip-off/kickoff items insanely frustrating that I have my picks and money set, and but I’m waiting 5-10 minutes for a two-way authentication process to log into my account. I like having the two-way authentication process, but it defeats the purpose when that process is so delayed you can’t place your bets.

Let’s not forget the multiple times over the past two months that the servers crashed and they needed to give site credit to users for issues with placing bets. Not something I expected from a platform that’s been around for as long as FanDuel has.

I have been playing on Fanduel for approximately one year now. I love how they offer the jackpot games (hourly, mini and the daily jackpots) unlike most online casinos where you must play (not only daily but also at higher spending amounts) in hopes you earn a top 25 player position. I do enjoy playing daily; however i have a personal max amount; that i try not to exceed. Although i have never won a jackpot game on Fanduel i still play the jackpot games in hopes one time I will be a lucky player! Aside from the daily jackpot offerings i love how fanduel’s minimum player wager amount is only $5! Most online casinos require a minimum of $10 in order to play and sometimes, especially if not winning, that can minimize player’s opportunity to play online daily. I myst say im not into the sport book aspect of any online gaming site; however i am an avid blackjack , texas hold em and slots player. The best part of playing. Online vs inside the casino is the low wagering amounts. Due to not having to spend $5-$25 a hand at the casino; you can try new gaming (or sharpen hour current card skills) for as little as .10 cents per hand and up! I do believe the lower deposit requirement and variety of daily jackpot games has aided fanduel to quickly compete with the larger online gaming platform. My only criticism is i would like to see far more table games starting at .10-.25 cents a hand (ex; a variety of bonus blackjack games that some of the larger online gaming sites offer) as well as better and more frequent promotions such as free spins/.online game free play/slots to reward loyalty to Fanduel’s players as well as a greater increased amount of games offered. The promotions on fanduel do lack personalized rewards that are often offered at some of the larger online sites such as MGM grand/ ceasars online etc. Alex H.

I’ve had horrible experiences with FanDuel and their support team over the past year- but it has gotten exponentially worse and they are at an all time low. When playing a live dealer game, at any point (even if you have full WiFi 350mbps and full service) the game will force you to exit while in a hand- specifically blackjack. I was dealt a 7 vs dealers 3, and as I went to hit, the game crashed (FanDuel’s UI) and then didn’t have the option to hit or stay. I took a screenshot immediately and the dealer even advised me to contact support to Reddit the situation as it was on their end. After waiting in a queue of 445 people for an hour and 15 minutes, I was met by a customer service rep, this one was named Christopher. I advised him the situation, told him my frustration wasn’t personal, and sent him the screen shot. All I was asking for was the money rightfully owed to me. Nothing more nothing less. After 11 minutes of silence - I’m assuming to review the screenshot and ask his boss how to successfully rob the customer with no update- he gets back to me with a scripted copy and paste answer and says it’s my fault not theirs. I was, and am beside myself. Is this a joke? Wagered half a million dollars over three years with this company- and when their UI glitches, and all I’m asking for is to be credited what I am rightfully owed- I am met with incompetency and denied what is rightfully owed. The non loyalty is astounding. I will be publishing this on Twitter, instagram and Facebook to make these thieves known. Everyone- for your own good- stick to any Sportsbook not affiliated with FanDuel.

Below is my initial review from a year or so ago: If you even manage to get to a customer support agent after waiting hours in the queue, it’s usually some entry level kid who has no idea what they’re talking about or no authority. God forbid if a promotion is incorrect or something has gone wrong, because speaking to a supervisor is non existent. They say they will reach out to you within 24 hours, well I’ve been waiting 5 days and have followed up each day to get the same runaround. It’s a joke. You’re on your own if you use FanDuel. DraftKings support however, top tier.

The longer you have this app and the more active you become on this app the worse. I’m not writing a review cause I lost a bet so hear me out on why you don’t want to be here. I’ve had an account for over 2 years, and I’ve deposited thousands of dollars. When my account was new things weren’t too bad but overtime as I start opting into promotions and placing parlays I started to notice the pattern. Every couple of promotions I enroll in aren’t given out properly, and the terms of every promotion they give out states that “they have the right to either not give out, take away any promotion for any reason”. Don’t worry I promise it gets worse though, when you reach out to the support team over anything that isn’t deposit issues your issue won’t be fixed. I’ve had several issues that have never been fixed. Every agent will say the same things and they don’t actually talk to you they just copy and paste scripts until they tell you no. They have trained their support team into getting customers off of the chat by saying no, and if they can’t they’re instructed to “submit the issue to a higher team” but they don’t tell their agents it doesn’t exist. I’ve had issues where I’ve at least begged for the case number when I got the same copy and paste about this fake team and I’ve had my chat disconnected. Just today after spending all of this time and money an agent said I’d get a courtesy credit and my referral bonus that never showed up if my referral wasn’t “processed” in 72 hours. my referee met every requirement 10 DAYS BEFORE SHE SAID IT TAKES 72 HOURS. When I told her this my chat disconnected and after begging the next rep to either be of assistance or not to lie about the email. He proceeds to waste 15 minutes of my time just to tell me I can’t get the promo I confirmed 10min ago. I get so mad at their inability to fix something I earned and have completed that I told him to delete my account. He asks me “why?” And deletes my account instead of even extending a courtesy credit for the $75 bonus bet I got scammed out of. The company definitely has a sketchy past too, their Faceoff app was being used in states before that type of betting was legal in them so I’m not crazy. The odds and the spreads are definitely strange sometimes, and they’ve gotten more “interesting” with every new FanDuel banner and electronic sign that gets installed in a stadium as well ;).

These guys are 100% rigged!
example- Many of their contests list athletes/players as being available & active in their respective games for that day’s slate of games, including of course the highest profile players like Leonard, Harden, & L.James, etc. Their site will show them as being active w/no issues & playing in that day’s game, and they purposely don’t update their site with those player’s status until after lineups are locked & no changes can be made, and in many cases, no updates until the start of the game. If you included any of those particular players you ARE NOT allowed to switch them out, even if that’s player’s game is a hour away from starting! So they lock line ups, then update player status & you find that your guy isn’t playing for whatever reason, and you can’t change them for another player even though the actual games for said player hasn’t tipped off...no matter if the tip off is a hour or more from starting, your line up is short one player & therefore you literally zero chance of winning anything. Fanduel thinks this is a fair way of conducting contests, but in actuality it just means the certain few who have insider knowledge are allowed to exploit it & gain an insane advantage over everyone else. Why would a site/casino allow this to be you ask? They do it this way for one reason & one reason only, they somehow make more money with this system. How can that be you ask? Because they must have better knowledge to that info than the general public, & of course they would, & of obviously they’re exploiting it thru insider betting, because there’s simply no other reason to have such flawed system of playing. They purposely allow for bad/old info on a player’s status to exist so that it will hamper & derail most of us who aren’t privy’d with insider info.

Stay away from this place & wager your hard earned money elsewhere where they care about fairness & who use common sense in their systems of rules. Only there will you have a fair chance at winning as this site doesn’t care fairness, nor their customers as you can read how every 3rd review complains about this very thing. If they cared about their customers, they would have changed their system a long time ago, but they don’t, & beyond that they’ll try and explain how their system is one built to “challenge” their customers. So if you like playing poker at a casino that believes you should only get 4 cards while some get 5, then this is your place of betting. DEVELOPER- pls save your BS response! Your methods don’t make for “challenging” gaming, it makes for corrupting many contests so that a few have an advantage over most. Now this is me leaving your site to go wager at DraftKings, where “challenged” doesn’t actually mean the type brains behind your lock out system.

Up until today, I would’ve given FanDuel a 5 star review. However, sometimes true colors come out during times of controversy. If you are debating whether to use FanDuel as your Sportsbook of choice, please read below (the short answer is: don’t).

In case you are not someone who watches the World Cup, you should know that Ronaldo was initially awarded the first goal of Portugal’s game against Uruguay. However, after further review the goal was changed to Fernandes since Ronaldo apparently didn’t “touch” the ball before it went in. Understandable to a certain degree. Mistakes happen. I’m sure the debate on whether Ronaldo scored or not will continue on since Ronaldo’s hair seemingly touched the ball.

HOWEVER, the manner in which FanDuel handled this situation was atrocious and unethical. To those FanDuel users who placed a single bet (e.g., Ronaldo First Goal Scored), the bet was initially awarded right after the goal. Users who acted quick could withdraw the funds and move on with their day. Lucky them. The same applies to users who had a parlay that could be cashed out and withdrawn quickly. For initial bet winners who did not withdraw the funds in time, the winnings were TAKEN OUT of their accounts back into FanDuel’s pocket. For users who had a parlay that could not be cashed out in time or who had a bet that could not be cashed out at all (my situation), the bet was a LOSS. Not voided and no free bets awarded. Just a LOSS.

As if this isn’t bad enough, those who bet on Fernandes to have an assist also won their bets even though he ended up scoring the only two goals of the game (if we are keeping the logic consistent). With this logic, his “assist” to Ronaldo was reversed once Fernandes was awarded the goal. But his assist was not reversed on FanDuel. This would lead me to believe that multiple sources were utilized for the end results, and FanDuel favored a source more profitable to them in the case of the Ronaldo goal. For the assist, it was probably not a big betting market, so not as much at stake there.

Additionally, other Sportsbooks acknowledged the controversy and AWARDED customers the win as if Ronaldo had scored regardless of if he did or not.

Finally, FanDuel’s Twitter account tweeted out a picture of Ronaldo insinuating that he in fact scored the goal. Rubbing salt on a fresh wound.

The moral of my story - yes, I lost my bet. It happens. Not my beef. In this case, FanDuel treated customers unequally in a controversial situation in which THEY made a mistake. Instead of owning up to it, they defaulted to small technicalities that left a small group as lucky winners and a much larger group of us scratching our heads wondering how FanDuel can treat customers this way and get away with it.

As a FanDuel customer, YOU do not come first. Their profits do. Please keep this in mind as you consider downloading this app. Obviously, I don’t recommend that for you. Whatever you decide, good luck!

I bet on FanDuel for about two weeks, I hit a nice win for roughly $2000 and withdrew all but $400 which I used to place several more bets for future sporting events. After placing those bets, with about $80 left over, they suspended my account. It’s been over a week and they have my $ and any winnings from about 15 bets that were placed before they unexplainably suspended my account. I could have up to 10k in the account if a few of those bets happened to hit. I’ll never know? Nobody will chat with me, nobody will email with me, nobody will talk with me? I’m considering contacting the States Attorney and or my own attorney or law enforcement? They are basically stealing my money, it’s a serious scam and it seems this is pretty common from reading other complaints? I’m only sorry that I didn’t research them better before falling victim to this scam of a betting site! Stay away, there are plenty of better betting options out there.

Playing any casino games on here is literally taking a shot in the dark. American Roulette is a joke because of the algorithm it picks up. If you win ANY, it will find a way to get it back and end up coming out on top. I’ve emailed customer support in the past, and for a company that wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for us, they have a terrible response team. I’m still waiting on an email back about a betting question that I sent back in February.

It’s honestly sad because people get hooked on this app, and of course the casino because of how easy it is to just open and play, but they always make sure they win. All betting companies do this, but Draft Kings & Bet MGM seem to be the better two options. They don’t care about you, but they’ll do anything to get your money. If they aren’t careful, they’re going to lose customers based on this and Bet MGM & DraftKings will end up prospering.

FanDuel, do better. Buncha bums

I’ll give a brief rundown on my experience with this Sports book. I had downloaded it for the first time, and deposited $230. I had made a few wagers, and had won exactly $100 bringing my account balance to $330.

About 24 hours after downloading, I requested a withdrawal to make a last minute purchase that had came up. Within about an hour I had received a notification that my account had been suspended and my withdrawal paused. I reached out to customer support to find out what was the deal, and was informed according to their TOS you cannot withdraw funds not wagered with. That’s odd- considering I did wager with those funds.

It took a day for my account to be reinstated. I believe policies such as this make it difficult, and discourage users from withdrawing winnings. It’s an incredibly shady practice and is the first time I’ve experienced it with any Sportsbook.

I’d stay FAR away from FanDuel if you value your money as much as they do.

Customer service doesn’t exist with this site I’ve send so many emails no response at all. Do you feel safe giving your banking info to a site that has no way to get a hold of someone if something goes wrong?

Also, if you download this to play black Jack you are in for the biggest treat! DEALER WILL GET 21 and draw 20 9x out of ten. Last time I played the dealer literally got 21 -
7 TIMES IN A ROW ! You will always get face cards and bust. It’s so rigged! I really wish everyone would start reporting them to the gaming commission and encourage others NOT TO USE THIS SITE.

If you try to stop them from stealing money from you will automatically suspend your account. They starting making duplicate withdrawals so I stopped it and they automatically suspended my account for not allowing them to steal. They send me an email to notify me. I had already deleted the app before they suspended it but goes to show you how fraudulent they are!

I downloaded the app in December and made a deposit of $10 and earned the free $200 to bet. After making a few bets I had winnings of $139. I have tried over and over again to withdraw that money into my PayPal account. Each time it says it was unsuccessful so I contacted PayPal and they never show any amount being sent to my account. I’ve emailed Fanduel over and over and they told me I’m trying to withdraw funds that aren’t mine. After that statement I was confused berceuse why would you give me an amount to withdraw but say I can’t withdraw it? I keep asking someone to push the payment through or to send me a check so I can delete the app ASAP! The last email just came back saying my email was BLOCKED so now this isn’t leaving a good taste in my mouth at all! Idk if I should take legal actions or just let it go? I’m really considering betting all my money just to lose so I knows it’s not just money sitting out there. I’m NEVER recommending this to anyone!

I think that the Sportsbook is quick and easy to navigate. Definitely top notch. Nowas for the casino, it’s best you stay away. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen the dealer draw out 5 and 6 card 21’s to beat my 20. Or the hundreds of times you are dealt 12 and the face cards get you every time. That being said, I know they will just tell you they are regulated by the gaming commission and all that but with the regularity that it happens I do not believe that somewhere in there are a fix or two tilting the game in favor of the house. I also have a problem with how there are no benefits to wagering on fanduel. I have over $725,000 in wagers in my time with fanduel and have nothing extra to show for it. For example, BetMGM has tier credits that increase by level and help you gain free bets and credits as well as comps with casinos. Fanduel doesn’t have that, no kind of benefit to using them unless you are VIP. The VIP’s are the only ones who reap any type of real rewards here. Total shenanigans. Choose wisely people.

Huge ripoff. I’m actually curious who is regulating the programming associated with these games. I played roulette for about an hour and the same number hit within the same 3-5 spins about 6 times. The same number hit back to back also. The odds of that are 1 in 1444. It was strange too. Anytime I put all of my money (above 1 dollar) on one color I’d never hit. But if i threw like 10 cents on a color I’d hit about 40-50% as you’d kinda expect. The game is clearly rigged. I was up about 2 dollars in 45 mins of playing but spent most of the time down. Very much felt like there was no probability at play, although there is a bit of statistical probability in real roulette. At one point while spreading about 10 dollars worth of chips across the table it hit 00 the 0. At that point I realized that I was just spending money to be frustrated. Deleted the app. Losing 150 bucks and learning a lesson is better than losing 1000 bucks over the course of a week or month or year. Get a better hobby guys. This is destructive and addictive. Bad stuff.

I referred my friend on 9/8/22 through the “refer a friend program”. I sent them the link, they signed up via the link, and placed a $10 bet. After 72 hours, and not being credited I reached out to support and they told me somebody else would email me within a couple days, shocker nobody ever reached out besides additional FanDuel promotions which was very annoying considering my issue had yet to be resolved. I reached out to another FanDuel representative and explained this to them. They said they can’t give out “courtesy” bets more than once as stated in their policy. What’s ironic is I needed that first “courtesy” bet because of this very reason. All I got was “I apologize, anything else I can help you with”, “somebody will reach back out”, etc. it’s a bummer considering I’ve used FanDuel for years and really do enjoy their interface and quick payouts. Support also stated that my friend can have it manually imputed as he did not receive his free bet, which is odd because at that point, he will be in my situation and never be able to receive credit from referring a friend if he chooses.

The app is one of the better betting apps in terms of software, but that’s about all its good for. When I first downloaded the app I had no issues using free bets or taking advantage of the boosts, but in recent months it’s gone downhill.
My biggest complaint is probably the smallest of value to FanDuel, but it’s the deciding factor in whether I choose to deposit money: Reward Machine. When Reward Machine first launched I’d get at least $2-$3 a week in free play which made me more likely to deposit a few bucks when that went dry. Over time FanDuel has decreased the winnings for the feature to an insulting degree. 3 symbols used to be worth 50 cents to a dollar, then 25-50 cents, and just this past week my fiancé and I shared a laugh when we both hit 3 symbols and won 5 cents. I also collected 3 trophies for the first time in months and got a whopping 40 cents.
I understand it’s free money, but it makes statement when other casino apps offer loyalty points that can be used towards free bets, and FanDuel offers a free game that tests how little money it can give you before you decide it’s no longer worth your time. I think they found that limit.

After running multiple problems with trying to withdraw funds, I was complaining to some friends about how overwhelmingly shady this whole setup appeared to be. Funny enough, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I mentioned this to who had download and later tried to withdraw funds had run into a series of similar issues. Their support team mentioned that I could “stay tuned” for help…. but nothing since… Overwhelming disappointed that your team would create an intuitive, easy to use system for depositing money into the app, but not invest into similar tech for the withdrawals? Really feeling scammed.

Update: I received a response from their team that closely parallels the experience I with their customer support team, which is to say that they did absolutely zero to help resolve the issue… their team’s formula seems to be ‘apologize, completely ignore the mentioned issues in the response, and somehow hope the customer forgets about the problem’…

FanDuel represents the worst of the emerging sports betting cartel. Their official partnerships with the nba and arenas (like PHX) have already produced some of the most horrendously rigged outcomes of the modern sports era. No clear policy on refunds/voids and controversial happenings on a REGULAR basis on FanDuel boosted promotions and “Risk Free” nights. The whole industry is a sham and FD is the epitome of this manipulation. Further: customer service is not much better than an automated bot, FD is out to take your money just like a casino and they will cheat to get it.

Lines are released extremely last minute on FD for NBA games. Options for SGP are more limited on FD than other apps I’ve tried. After another night last night of a scam “risk free” night where #1 bet player leaves the game within 3 minutes, I am getting a new book. I do not recommend FanDuel, they are not honest.

When you win all legs in a parlay and their “hurt” or “sick” player is the only one who misses they ONLY GIVE YOU YOUR WAGER BACK and NOT the adjusted odds! And if all other legs don’t hit, they take your money. Go search FanDuels Twitter page for “Void Luka” or “Void Devin Booker” for recent examples.

This dish will be more open-face than compliment sandwich. There isn’t enough bread for the latter.

The undercooked meat: the UI isn’t entirely inaccessible.

The stale, moldy bread: the legally mandated gambling problem message should instead warn you that you can’t sort or filter bets. It should also warn you that your bets will absolutely, positively *notappear in the chronological order in which they were made. I get it, guys, my pre-tournament Final Four parlays are losers. No need to pin them at the top of my screen.

The gathering meat fungus: either FanDuel’s algorithm is incapable of handicapping every total score outcome within the range of outcomes listed, or, to borrow clumsily from a Family Guy parody of the scene from Star Wars in which the imperial commander says ungrammatically, “hold your fire, there’s no life forms aboard,” to which the inferior officer responds, “what, are we paying by the laser?”—CheapDuel is paying by the calculation.

Listen, I know it took a while to get through that analogy, but that’s nowhere near as much time as you’ll spend looking for the bet you just placed on this hilariously executed cash grab of an app.

tl;dr — this app is lazy and moldy.

2 months ago open an acct and funded it. Didn’t have time to bet since.. tried logging in last week on my iPhone 7 and later my ipad mini to find acct was locked/suspended. Chat help said prob was fixed but still couldn’t get in. I changed my password, still couldn’t. Asked for help via email, they said all was ok but I’m still unable to get logged in- says my info isn’t correct. Cleared cookies and started over, still can’t. I just got cut off while on live chat- they said my acct was active, that doesn’t mean I can access it. Total scam, forget it. Give me my money back, sick of this going round and round. Very unprofessional.

I chose FanDuel because they seemed more professional than that *other companybut clearly haven’t smoothed their App bugs out. And it’s not only that I can’t access Fanduel app- if I can’t get in there I can’t access Betfair Casino either. That’s a double loss for you guys.

I downloaded this app so I could take advantage of the promotional bets. I used a referral code from a friend and niether of us ended up getting our promised free bets, so that’s the first error I encountered, then I go to add money to the account and chose the 25$ deposit option, after I put my card in it instantly deposited 100$ in my account, even though I only wanted to deposit 25$. You cannot withdraw funds unless their winnings. This app stole 75 of my hard earned dollars and refuses to give it back(I spent an hour on the phone with customer support). And lastly fan duel advertises a risk free up to 2500$ for your first bet, so I placed 50$ (becuase I already have 100$ in the account I can’t use) on a 4 leg parlay, 3 selections from one game and 1 selection from another, the first game was postponed and all 3 of the selections from the postponed game where voided. So now the payout went from 150$ to 70$. I’ve had this app for less then 24 hours and I’ve already experienced 3 negative experience using this app. And that’s not to mention the fact that the odds are always worse then any other betting app, the app is a pain in the neck to navigate and the promotions are misleading. I’m deleting this account and going back to draft kings

Read carefully through peoples experiences and lawsuits trying to withdraw money. They essentially just keep forcing you to continuing betting with the pretext that you can only withdraw “winnings” but in actuality they just keep denying request to withdraw because of vague and arbitrary rules for what money can actually be withdrawn. It’s a huge scam. Google it for yourself and read about the nightmare stories.

Edit: Just received the response to this review from FanDuel. Stating that I should be sure to contact the support team. I did contact the support team prior to writing the original review. They could not even provide a breakdown of how they were calculating how much I could withdraw vs. how much I still had to wager. All they could continue saying was those are the amounts listed on my account. Even tho I continually showed them I gambled much more than was deposited on my last deposit (after it was deposited) and was trying to withdraw much less than winnings that occurred after that deposit. They stated they would have some contact me via email and that had yet to happen. My wife also has an issue with her account where they are refusing to honor the “no sweat first bet” after depositing and losing $1000 on her first bet. Again we’re told we would be contacted via email and still nothing.

First off I’m am not someone to complain or have ever left a negative review in my life. I have never so frustrated using any app or dealing with any customer service. I’ve had multiple problems for example, I bet on a over/under total points on a college basketball game was not of tv so I could not watch live and the app showed it was 2 quarter and it was actually third quarter when I looked it up online. I took screen shots of everything that clearly there was a system error and they said there not responsible for errors and said it was in the disclaimer there were multiple times I that errors occurred and I am a heavy gambler that lost about 30k last year on the app and gambling is a win or loose but if I loose I wanna loose money the fair way. They treated me like I didn’t matter And if there an issue with the system I would expect a credit back because that’s the right thing to too.
