Let start off with a compliment...I love having Sirius XM Radio in our cars as we travel a lot! BUT, there customer service has to be the worst I've experienced. They keep changing the price and I don't know about it until the bill shows up on my credit card. Good luck calling and getting past the AI to talk to an actual person. Then you can't understand the person because they do not speak English! Plan on it taking about 1/2-1 hour for the call. Then they tell you everything is good now and THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE will reflect the changes. LOL It's always THE NEXT cycle, no refund no nothing!
XM Radio...Please hire competent people that speak the language! I almost believe they are actively being deceptive in their practices and need to be investigated.
