We cancelled Sirius Radio subscription prior to "auto renew" date. I was fraudulently billed $31.99. I again cancelled the service that no one is using. I indicated to reverse the fraudulent charge. I was informed no refund would be given for unauthorized charge. Apparently, this company is near bankruptcy or has cash flow problems and needs to fleece former customers with unauthorized charges. I now have to report fraud to my credit card and have a new account issued over $31.99. I will not ever resubscribe after 18 years of being a customer on multiple vehicles. Bad business practices. Won't allow any variation in service. Can't transfer service to another vehicle in the account. Put service on HOLD for the winter and when I started it up, I had lost the 6 months of service that were on hold. Do not pay for annual service - can't be cancelled and refunded. They will cancel but no refunds. Safest bet is to go month to month or just listen to PANDORA for FREE.
