I bought this refrigerator at Lowes and requested service as too much condensation on bottom. First service person said seals were good, but too much humidity in Florida. He then told Whirlpool that he replaced the seals. He did not. Next Whirlpool service person said door needed to be replaced. Got tired of waiting for door so got Lowes to send out replacement for above. Replacement unit (same model) had same problem. Am replacing second unit with refrigerator from other company.
Today I received a second replacement rdoor for above unit from Fedex, which I no longer have any use for. I was able to find email address and told Whirlpool that if If you want it back you can call Fedex to pick it up.
I have spent hours trying to talk to a human being at Whirlpool to no avail. I am sorry I bought a Whirlpool. I bought from you because last Whirlpool refrigerator lasted over 20 years. Such terrible customer service. When calling automated request asks for info but when it gets to model and serial number no option to enter either and that is end or call.
Desired outcome: Call Fedex to pick up 2 doors sent. Fix customer service so it is possible to talk to a human rep.
