I bought a fridge from Prisco Appliance & Electronics in Dec. 2020. They called me and said there was a crack in the lid of the deli tray, but they promised to order a new one. I've made many phone calls, but I still haven't received the lid. I talked to the owner, Nick, and he said he would fix it, but no luck so far. Now he won't even answer the phone. He has a commercial on TV that says you can talk to him anytime, but that's a lie! This place is the worst.

I sent my broken dehumidifier to Prisco for repair because they are an authorized warranty repair provider. They picked it up to fix it and were supposed to return it to me. But then the lockdowns happened and we had a discussion with the owner, so they didn't press on with the return. It's been a whole year now and they haven't called me back or given any explanation for the long delay. I tried calling the manufacturer (***) and they told me that the repair firm has it now and they say it's not their fault.

On January 5, I bought a 7.3 cubic foot white *** fridge from Prisco Appliance & Electronics in ***. They charged me $441.99 on my Mastercard in January, and I paid it. In late March or early April, I went to the store and talked to "***." They had the papers and told me the fridge was in stock and would be delivered "next week." But until yesterday, I haven't gotten any call or the fridge.

I bought some AC window units from Prisco Appliance & Electronics. Unfortunately, one of them was damaged and they didn't take it back as promised. I tried calling them multiple times and even went to the store in person. My salesperson was ***. Recently, I went to the store again and he told me that the person who could authorize a refund was at a funeral. He assured me that he would get back to me soon, but I haven't heard anything yet. It has been almost a year of arguing with them. All I want is my money back for the air conditioner that I never received. I'm a single mother and this was supposed to be for my daughter's room.

On 10/15 I bought a *** fridge from Prisco Appliance & Electronics for $779.22 including tax. The delivery happened 2 days later and it went smoothly. The fridge itself is really good. However, my issue is that I didn't receive a *** of sale, only a *** receipt when I made the purchase. The salesperson, ***, told me that the delivery guys would provide the *** of sale. Unfortunately, they didn't give it to me. I've called the store multiple times to inquire about it, but I never get to speak with *** directly. Instead, the people who answer the phone take messages for her, but I never receive a callback. Sometimes they transfer me to what they claim is her voicemail, and I leave messages, but I never hear back. Do they not pass on the messages to her? I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to mail me the complete *** of sale, which I might need in the future.

I was told by Friedrich to go to Prisco to fix my a/c. My Friedrich WallMaster 16000BTU air conditioner has been with Prisco for service since Fall 2020 when they said it was fixed. Prisco said they would keep it until Spring 2021. When I called in May , they checked and said it wasn't working. I've called them many times, like 3+ times a week, and they always say they're working on it and will call me back. But they never call back. They said they would bring me a new one and call me back, but they didn't. Even after many calls over the weeks, nothing has changed. I keep telling them it's hot and I really need an a/c. This lack of help or any updates is not okay. Friedrich has been waiting for the 'diagnostic report' from Prisco for over 4 weeks so they can give me a refund. I bought it at *** for $1143.26. *** is attached.

I wanna make a complaint about Prisco Appliance & Electronics. We bought a *** for my kid on 4/8. The problem is, they sent us the wrong . We live on the third floor and this *** is a wall unit. If we didn't check online, we wouldn't have known that the *** they sent us was cheaper than the one we ordered. We talked to ***, the owner, about this price difference. The installation got delayed because the guys didn't bring a ladder. So, wrong *** and installation delay because of no ladder. Now, we've been waiting for the remote control for the *** they installed. *** keeps giving us lame excuses and has sent us three wrong remotes since April. Can't believe we're dealing with the owner.

I bought two *** Wall unit air conditioners from Prisco. One didn't cool the room at all (big room) - the other broke TWICE (two repairs) since I installed it. They eventually gave me a new unit for my son's room after I called them countless times to get them to take action (even though the installation was still incomplete, missing the grill we asked for and the water kit at the back). They still have my other unit (for almost a year). I paid over *** for it - now I have no AC and my child, who has disabilities, is sweating profusely every day. *** they said we could upgrade the unit and change the wall sleeve. Since I live in a condo building, I need approval from the board. It has taken *** almost a year to write a simple letter for my board, and it's still not done. They can't seem to get anything organized. Meanwhile, it's 100 degrees in our apartment and I paid them over *** or more for nothing! I called them again today and they said their computer was broken. Ridiculous!
