Dishwasher was purchased 8/19/2022. Within less than a year the vent on the top left hand corner started showing signs of rust. I contacted Whirlpool in July of 2023 to advise them of the problem. I got an email back stating that they cannot guarantee that all components will be free from corrosion or deterioration. They apologized that rust is not covered under their warranty but did state that I was a valued customer. They recommended their stainless steel cleaner, which I purchased for $30. It did nothing.

I am sure that there are others who have had the same experience.

Whirlpools response to me and the BBB: we have escalated his concerns and will hear from someone within 3 days. It's been about 8 months and still waiting for either call.

Please if you're considering purchasing, google all the reviews. I even had my company pull them from the purchase program.

One month back I have raised ticket AHM16092326639. The person came and check the same took photos of outdoor unit have need to replace parts.

The customer care personnel told me that it take time. After one months I checked my ticket was cancelled hence I generate another ticket AHM25102323982. Now customer care representative told me that I have to pay Rs 4500 for spare if I agree she will proceed. one month back also I was agree to proceed but it has been lingering again and again. Today further she called and said that the repairman said it is not possible to repair parts so what should she will do? I ask her if she can replace whole out door unit as a customer no option I have left. I am disappointed as being a customer trust is very important. The company must guide customers in right direction. Such money minded people cause harm and customers inclined not to buy other gazates next time.

After 2 1/2 years of light usage, our dryer (Model #WGD5100HW) displayed the error message "F2E2". A Home Service Plus tech indicated that repairs, including labor, would cost us approximately $800. Whirlpool is hiding behind its stated warranty period of one year, and will do nothing. We have a house full of Whirlpool appliances, and cannot help but worry about which Whirlpool appliance will be next.

Problem with it, now the inside light does not work all the time, sometime when you open the door it on and sometime not, I hate this refrigerator and I would not recommend anyone to buy one like it, I though it had led light inside when I purchased it model # wrf555sdfz05 serial # k819183641

I bought a washer a few months ago. It has a black window which looks nice in the store, but I HATE IT! you can not see the clothes to see if machine has started, or is done. I would never buy another one with a black window!

Also I think a stupid man must have designed it, because I am sure a woman would not want to wait while it decides to start or not! When I did not wait it turned itself off! This to me is stupid! and it starts by twirling clothes. WHY? I can see NO reason for this and

WORSE than that the water does not start for an even longer time! What a time waster! If I had known any of this I would not have bought it. I much prefer my old washer to this new one.

Whirlpool is a good brand but I am defiantly disappointed in these things. I hope you will change back to where you can actually see the clothes, and it will actually start immediately!

Had refrigerator installed in June 2022. First it took Lowe’s weeks to deliver. After installation ice maker stopped working. There were technicians out three time to correct the problem.After this ice maker drops ice constantly. I have to wipe water off the floor several times a day.Now it makes no ice. Another technician is coming next week, after warranty has expired. What a lemon!

A major variable I took into account while shopping for a new Whirlpool washing machine was delivery date. The same washer I picked out was available from different websites. I chose to buy it from whirlpool.com because of the earlier delivery date although I was paying a little bit more. The washer was not delivered on the day that was advertised and stated as I confirmed my purchase. It took a total of three weeks to be delivered instead of one. While addressing Whirlpool delivery solutions, I was told that nothing could be done because they use a third party delivery service. Why do they advertise a specific delivery date if they have no control over the delivery dates? This is a clear example of misleading false advertisement. I paid more to have my washer delivered two weeks late.

Serial no FA0701655 Model WDT750SAKZ O We remodeled our kitchen and bought all new Whirlpool appliances Happy except for the dishwasher.

Is not even 2 years and the small vent on the upper left corner is getting full of rust around the vent. The door is stainless steel so that should not rust. I put a magnet on the door and it holds but not strong telling me there is metal behind the stainless panel. I bought Whirlpool because we thought they were built very well. I hope you can help me, as I feel a stainless door should not rust.

Purchased freezer from Best Buy and 4 moths later it heated up overnight to 75 degrees. The side was actually hot to the touch. Ruined almost $400 in food. A bunch of calls, two repairmen later, still broken. Repairmen could not fix it. Both said they see this issue a lot, it leaks coolant. Whirlpool wanted to replace but, had no stock. Probably discontinued model due to poor design. Waiting to them to buy it back and take broken freezer away. Despite their defective product ruining food, by literally heating up a freezer, they refuse to compensate.

Purchased from Lowes 2022.

Stopped freezing ~4 months old.

Original compressor failed, warranty replaced.

That comp. failed, warranty replaced as well as circuit board.

Now out of warranty, the exterior right side of freezer cabinet is too hot to touch (~146°) and compressor line is icing up.

Tech called whirlpool, no answers. How hot is acceptable? I've contacted customer (don't) care multiple times. They will not connect you with whirlpool service department or escalate your ticket ... wtf. This is on par with the LG refer [censored]show that I just went through. I'm a small home builder buying many appliances each year ... never using whirlpool again.

Had a small spill and tried to clean my new oven purchased in March 2022 using 6 cycles of AQUALIFT and it did absolutely nothing NOTHING! I had to spend 2 hours on hands and knees using baking soda and vinegar paste and razor blades to clean the bottom of my oven. The sides are impossible to clean. This product is the worst I have ever seen! We purchased all of our Whirlpool appliances from Shore Appliances via our home builder Bay to Beach in Maryland. Unfortunately warranty has expired and had not tested the cleaning feature until now.
