PartSelect Their shipping service and choice

This company charges you high prices for shipping and then uses FedEx's we lose it for days economy shipping this company cost me $60 and a customer over a $15 part because they chose to use the worst shipper in the world look at the Better Business Bureau before you buy from them it will literally show you to run the other way and buy from someone else or buy from them and then file a complaint so they give you your money back when they f*** it up

Desired outcome: Shipping cost to be refunded and I thank them for the part but despise them for costing me a customer and a $60 job over the part needed for that customer.

PartSelect Fan for freezer

THE WORST.. BEWARE. Horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my freezer February 10th.. they did ship quick on February 12th from literally 5 hours away from me. Long story short I still don’t have the part one month later after I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. The part obviously got lost. I emailed them Feb 16th.. they said to wait until the following week and they would file a claim.. not one response or follow up from them. I have lost Hundreds of dollars in food. Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere but this place. No surprise.. carrier is Fedex that won’t even let me file a claim unless I have something in writing from this POS company.

Desired outcome: Reimburse me for the hundreds of dollars lost on food and shipping cost.

PartSelect Replacement part

On 7/29/22, I ordered a replacement door gasket for my LG dishwasher, model number LDF7775ST. I received the part on 8/14/22. The part I received is 1-11/2 inches too short., and thereby cannot stop the leaking. My e-mail is: [protected]@hotmail.com. My phone number is: [protected]. The account number on the invoice is 190766.

Desired outcome: I would like to return the gasket for a refund.

PartSelect Lied to about shipping order # [protected]

I placed my order on 09/24/21. I was notified the item was shipped shortly after placing order. Order was to be delivered on 09/30/21. On 09/27/21 I saw no tracking info from FEDEX. I called customer service and was told item was shipped, FEDEX had just not updated the tracking. I was told I would see tracking info the next day on 09/28/21. Still seeing no tracking info I called customer service again. I was told again item was shipped and expected to be delivered on 09/30/21. On 09/29/21 I contacted FEDEX and they did not have the item I ordered. I again contacted customer service and told the item was not shipped. I was again told the item was on the way. I was told that iof I did not receive item to call back and they would expedite another. Needless to say the item did not arrive on 09/30/21. Later in the day I miraculously received a shipping notice from FEDEX and today 10/01/21 FEDEX notified me that my item was shipped. I was simply lied to by PartSelect customer service. I was right all along telling them the item had not shipped. I can only conclude that my telephone calls to customer service prompted someone to see if my item was shipped. I do not like being lied to. The only reason I purchased from PartSelect was their claim of fast shipping. That is just a come on. I buy quite a few parts online, but I would never buy another part from PartSelect, nor would I recommend anyone else buy from them.

Desired outcome: Stop telling lies about shipping times

PartSelect Re: model jbs27df1ww (2 lg. Part #158, 2 sm. Part #154)

Ordered on 12/7/2020... Tried to make a complaint 12/14/2020 and unable to send in complaint due to the claim that the order is over 1 month old. Please send me a return label to send package back to you, and incorrect parts will be sent as soon as it is received. The parts that I received was the same wrong type that was purchased at lowe's... Much cheaper, too.

PartSelect Ps11742956 grill element 240v $227.90 jenn-air downdraft - bing

I had no idea it took this long to get what you paid for? My wife has died in the duration and i'm not very pleasant right now! The order information #15122465 to richard smith two parts where ordered the cheapest one showed up $12.48 how about that, the total bill was $258.82 come on man as the idiot would say!

PartSelect Refrigerator part

Ordered a simple replacement plastic molded part for the front of an LG refrigerator a lower cover grill assembly. The part was ordered from the picture/description/part number on their website and was correct. When the shipment arrived it was some sort of electrical wiring piece. It didn't even resemble what I ordered and I didn't even take it out of the package. Even their shipping info showed it as a substituted part. I sent them a copy of my order receipt with the correct information for the part I ordered and said I could return the wrong part and would accept a correct part in return. All I got was return instructions and an immediate refund. I tried to call several times (they weren't accepting calls, blaming it on the virus). I sent several emails, but never received a response to any of them. In all I paid them $55.25 and got a refund of $31.56. I had to pay to return the wrong part they sent me. I'm out $23.79 for their mistake. I reordered the part via Amazon (lot cheaper) and had it in two days. I should have checked with BBB first, plus I should have kept the immediate refund and the wrong part and let them chase me down.
Lesson learned. Buyer beware with this outfit.

PartSelect GE front load dryer parts

ON Aug 29, 2020 i ordered and paid for three parts for a GE front load dryer. The order number is [protected]. It is now Sept 11, 2020 and i have not received any parts and having a very difficult time trying to track this parts. I tried calling customer service and have not been able to talk to anyone This is poor service and it takes entirely to long to receive parts It would be helpful if someone was available to answer questions as to whats going on or very helpful if partselect would take the time to follow up on oders they send out

PartSelect shipping paying for 2-3 days

order # [protected] 12/5/18 11:10 pm ordered parts on 12/2/18 around 8:00pm knew order wouldnt be filled till next day.wondering where are my parts? fedex says wont get some parts today, didnt show up.the other part of my order wont be here till 12/7/18 maybe.! i really need them parts...that is why i paid extra money for shipping! your policy says 2-3 days when you pay extra for shipping.its around $8.00 for standard shipping which is bull s**t i think then you pay more to receive your parts in 2-3 days.so i still havent got my parts 12/3, 12/4, 12/5 thats 3days so you failed on a option that i paid you for! i believe the whole shipping amount be refunded.for the amount i spent shipping should be free ebay does it youre making a killing on shipping should have went to ebay. i'll let you know when i get my parts believe me ! very disappointed you make such a big deal about shipping and i pay more to get parts here when you say

PartSelect dryer filter

Bought one for my daughter-in-law in Aug. or Sept. this year. Was the wrong one, which I paid $38.04 for. It was higher with the shipping & handling. Got another & it fit. Also it was more expensive. The problem is, I never got refunded for the first one. Not a good way to do business. I would like my money back, because if I don't I will never buy from them again.

Add me in! I ordered drip bowls on the 7th, got them on the 11th (what do you know), but with the wrong parts.
I tried to place my complaint on their complaint form, but only got kicked out several times because they claim that it has been over a month since the order was placed. Guess what...
the replacement parts were exactly the same as the ones I bought at Lowe's at $16 for the whole set. And you're right...cost goes up every time we go into the order form. So disappointed with this website that General Electric directed to me automatically.

PartSelect Dryer parts

I have purchased some parts for my dryer from this online shop over a month ago and I haven't received anything yet. PartSelect is a total scam website, every time I contacted them they claimed my order was on its way, but there was no tracking number! I asked for a tracking number and they promised I'll get one, but then they just stopped replying. I know they never shipped anything and everything they told me was just a lie. I demand a full refund and it's better for them to give my money back. Online shipping isn't safe, there are too many scam companies out there and PartSelect is a perfect example. Terrible!

PartSelect Bad experience

I've ordered some dishwasher parts from PartSelect website. They promised I'll get my order within a week but delivery took too long and it arrived two weeks late. All that time I've tried to get in touch with customer support but they completely ignored me. When I received my order I saw that there was one item missing. Emailed PartSelect about the missing part and they finally replied and said that it was no longer available. They said they'll refund me within few days, but that never happened. This is a scam company, better stay away from them and save your money.

PartSelect Wrong delivery address

I placed an order for a part for my refrigerator on August 2. I waited all day for the expected delivery of finally today only to find out late tonight that it was undeliverable by the USPS. I was given an option to pay an additional $24 for overnight delivery for another part but I've been without a fridge for over a week. However, I've waited on this company to deliver and they did not! When I called the USPS, they informed me that PartSelect had not given me the correct tracking number. Never will I order from this company again!

PartSelect They overcharged me for the delivery

My dishwasher broke couple of days ago. I searched for the parts on the website www.partselect.com. I was shocked that these people overcharged me for the delivery. There was one price on the website, but they charged me for completely different. All my emails were ignored, and it was the disaster to wait for the answer from these people. I was so sick of waiting and I didn’t have a lot of money, therefore I was so upset and hoped to get this sum back.

PartSelect They sent wrong parts and stopped to reply

I bought stove and some parts for dishwasher from the website www.partselect.com. The seller delivered my order really quickly, but the parts were wrong. I called to the customer services and asked to change them, but after that I waited and spoke with different online agents, who couldn’t provide any precise reply. After that they finally agreed to replace these parts, but they stopped to communicate after I sent the order back. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

First order was damaged. Second order was wrong size. I have not received credit for the first part. I sent pictures to the company. I paid postage to send back the second order and was supposedly reimbursed, but have not seen it on my statement yet. I want my money back.
