Order incorrect
The last two times I have been to the Brenham Texas location I have had my orders messed up. We ordered doubles got singles no cheese and didn't give us our fries. We had missing items and cheese left off both trips
Desired outcome: Just make note with location to improve service
Poor and rude customer service
I am a loyal customer of WhataBurger for many years. I visited the location-841, at 1208 S. loop 288 about 6:27 p.m 1-12-21. I ordered a number (1) with onion rings. I waited patiently for my order at a table, there was a black male employee standing by the drinks without a mask covering his face. One of the workers accidentally gave him my order. While not wearing a mask he look in my bag talking over my food. He told his co-workers that it was not his order but, probably my order.
I noticed that they then brought me that same food to my table. I told the servant that the employee was not wearing his mask. I then asked to speak with the manager, she said I am the manager. I began to explain to her my concerns of my food having possible exposure from the employee breathing and talking over the food that they brought to me.
I asked could they remake my order and she became agitated. I calmly stressed to her that I do not take the corona virus lightly and have underlying health issues. The manager rudely out-busted telling me to calm down as if to tell me to shut up. Dissatisfied and not feeling safe I asked for a refund, I mention to the manager that he should be wearing a mask and he was not. She began to attack me telling me to calm down, then the male employee began to join in attacking me trying to make excuses why he was not wearing his mask. While he was engaging me another female worker rudely cutting me off telling me to calm down not letting me express my concerns about that type of customer service and health concerns.
All of a sudden she became angry and I she asked the female worker to call the police. I sat down waiting for my refund and she took her time. She rudely told me to leave before receiving my refund. I told her that I heard her tell the female worker to call the police and that I was waiting to talk to the police also.
The police arrived and walked in and talked with her. I was patiently waiting at the table to speak with the officers. I explained the incident to the officers, the officers explained to me that this was a private business and that they can tell me not to come back. I explained to the officer that I understood, but I was just waiting on my refund. The officers then wrote me a notice of Criminal trespass and never return to that what-a-burger. I am a black professional 60 year old man that handled the situation with respect. If you pull the video you will see and verify all of my actions. I was totally disrespected, intimidated and treated as though I had not just spent my money and total disregard for customer service. The manager called the police putting my life in danger and I feared for my life.

Employee begging for money to eat

1. The food was DISGRACEFUL.
2. Why pay 32 cents for ketchup and barbecue sauce when you have already paid for the meal? That should be included in the costs like at every fast food place.
I am never go to Whataburger again. I am much better off going to Chick-fil-a. Not only is the food cheaper and much more edible, The sauce is complementary also.

Hi, I had a grilled mutton burger in this branch. The food was stale and when I raised a complaint. The guy naming Sandeep Srivastav said the food is good to eat though the other guy working with him stated the burger was not in a state to eat as the mutton was not grilled and it was smelling bad.
