Whataburger

The reason for this post is to complain about a poor hamburger. The important issue is that Whataburger never responded to 2 written complaints that I submitted. All that I asked for was a monetary refund because of a poor quality hamburger. I did not have the time to wait for another hamburger, and I didn't want to return for a replacement hamburger.

Not getting a refund is a minor issue. The fact that Whataburger never responded to 2 written complaints about poor food is a major issue.
