I had a BOGO reward and wanted to kno if it could be used on any meal or was it a specific meal...they went inside to find out and took forever to come back and just gave me my change back and dint say nothing about the reward..also dint even scan my app to make sure I receive credit for my next order..I had to pay for both meals when I probably could've got a free one

My name is Daniel Lopez and my order number was 569517. When I placed my order I asked for pepper and when I received my order I had to wait to exit because I was on the inside Lane with a vehicle blocking me in. Since I had to wait I tasted my fries and they were cold. I decided to the young lady for hot fries since I had to wait but she refused. When I got home and opened the bag it had 36 packs of pepper. Your service has dropped steadily in the last few months.

Im at the store on FM 407 in Highland Village, TX. Its 11:45 p.m. and its taking 5 minutes per car to get thier order. Been in line for 30 minutes now and theres still 5 cars ahead of me. This happens frequently. They need to hire more help at peak times. Theres actually people lined up on the highway to get in!

Orders not correct very poor customer service
I was standing in front waiting on a person to come take my order 3 orders came back wrong, man waiting for 3 taquitos had been waiting 30 min had to complain to get his order, a lady in the drive through got out her car and came inside to see what the problem was the manger was helping but it was a cluster mess, I waited about 10min. No one came to take my order or acknowledge me I left. This happened about 10:49am on April 11, 2021

Sweet and spicy bacon burger meal
I went to the Whataburger on College St in Beaumont TX on 4/5/21 to get a Sweet and Spicy bacon burger meal and it was awful. There was no sauce on the burger and it was cold. The French fries were cold, hard and stale. I was in line over 15 min on my lunch break. The only good experience was the lady at the window. She was very polite.

My name is Bridgette Murray and I am a nurse in the Fort Worth area. I live in Arlington, Texas close to your location at Collins and I20 highway. I have already a horrible experience at this location and was contacted by Maria, who stated she was a manager. She apologized for the horrible experience I had and requested that I come back and allow management to make my meal over. I left work this morning and called first ( with hassel because of no reciept) and I explained that I had spoken with Maria who assured me it would not be a problem. I came to through the drive thru and explained who I was and why I was here. The young lady took the order and repeated it correctly. I pulled up and waited again and my food was brought to me. I assumed that it was correct until I looked in the bag and the burger was made wrong, YET AGAIN. I drove back to the location because I wanted them to see for themselves so I did not come off as someone who just wanted to complain. A hispanic gentleman came and spoke with me with a attitude as if he is tired of my complaints. I showed him the burger, NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING. He went to the cashier and I was so DONE with the entire experience, I told him that I just wanted to speak with MARIA. He was totallly annoyed with me but my patience had worn thin, and I decided to just leave and contact corporate. This is a perfect example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR FOCUS. How can you remake a horrific mistake and still not pay attention. PLEASE explain to me the mentality behind this ridiculous poor and unprofessional behaviour. My cell phone number is [protected]

Slow, slow service in drive thru
Went through the drive-through this morning in the B lane. The lady comes outside and tells me I was supposed to drive by the window, but how does that work? The lane was open and nothing told me differently. The lady comes out to take my payment but does not bring my drinks. Four cars pull through the A line which I would have been in front of the last one. The lady brings my food and change. I remind her of the drinks which take another 10 minutes and now my whole order is cold.
Firstly, I do not want a "we will do better" letter from the manager...been there and done that. I want a refund for my order today or coupons for future purchases, if there are any! This mismanaged business in need of drastic and immediate repair. The restaurant is getting a horrible reputation in he community for wrong orders and waiting for food.

That whataburger sucks. Flat sodas, fries undercooked. Burger not hot, didnt have any flavor. Took 25 minutes to get order, and it wasnt even fresh.

The Whataburger near my house is extremely slow. Today I decided to go inside instead of waiting in the ridiculous drive-through line and I still waited 20 minutes literally for one hamburger and french fries. This is not a fine dining restaurant where I would expect to wait like this. Guys need to be more efficient or do something different because it's really difficult to pay almost 9 dollars for one hamburger french fries and a drink when I could go down the street to five guys and get a much better hamburger and wait that long.

Today is March 11, 2021 and about 315 320 I came to the Whataburger off of I 40 and grand. We all were in the line so long my food was cool I was not given a receipt and the guy who took my debit card kept it for too long plus he wouldn't give me a receipt. This is the second time in a two weeks they have severely messed up my order. Who wants to order an eight dollar burger when there is no patty? Absolutely ridiculous! I'm not vegan. This could be the last time I offer my money to Whataburger. Ridiculous that I give you my hard earned money and still can't get what I order! It's like the 1950s drive-ins.

I wanted to purchase a Dr. Pepper shake at your franchise in Silsbee, Texas. I went to the drive thru window and ordered. The lady told me to drive to the front. I went to the front because there were 3 cars in line. I went to the front door to ask about my drink because the 3 cars had went through the driveway and the lady behind me was also gone. Furthermore, I had waited for 5 minutes before she finally came out saying she was sorry. I gave her the money and she owed me 1 dollar. I waited for another 2 minutes, and she had not returned. Furthermore, I went to the door which was now unlocked and went in. I was trying to tell them that I wanted my change. They told me that the inside was closed. I told them again that I had been waited on, and then they told me to get out. Now I'm upset, and I said that I would leave when they gave me my change. Then I guess the manager came and told me that I had better leave, and I said I would as soon as they gave me my change. He went and asked the lady if she owed me anything, and he came around the corner and threw the dollar at me and said get out.
