Whataburger service- I was never helped or acknowledged

I went to Whataburger in Lufkin Texas on Timberland Drive on July 23, 2021. I go to Whataburger quite often for their fountain drinks. Yesterday, I walked in due to the drive thru line being so long. I went in at 3:00 pm and went to the register- 3 employees were by the register talking, and one looked as if she locked her register and all 3 left and were laughing and joking with the entire crew. I figured she was getting off work so no big deal, but not one employee came to help me with my order. They were all just laughing and joking and literally ignoring me. I honestly figured I would at least get a "someone will be right with you". But no, after a several minutes I asked the girl doing the drive through (or was supposed to be because she was busy talking a laughing also- hence the long drive through line) if these register were open, her response- yes someone would get me in a minute. I continued to watch the staff have a good time. I finally walked out at 3:07 when no one even offered to take my order. Drive through line is usually long, but now I know it's not because this store is busy making their food, its busy having a good time visiting. I won't be going back to this store for a while.

Desired outcome: I don't want anything at all. I normally would not do these complaints, but I have been a supervisor before and would want to know my employees were goofing around and didn't even acknowledge a customer.

Whataburger Drive through customer service rep

First and foremost, I come to whataburger Atleast twice a week.. secondly, when I pulled up there's nobody that's in line, I looked at menu approximately couple of minutes and no one said hello can I take ur order, I had to say hello 4 times to get a answer.. keep in mind it's 1:35am.. as I start to order, your employee by the name of Jessie, he interrupted me Several times.. I said sir
Let me speak.. Jessie said, "oh no mam you will have to leave.. I did leave.. I was then on my way to lumberton whataburger, while my best friend whom was in passenger seat he's so in state of OMG, he can't believe that I was refused.. my best friend called Silsbee whataburger and Jessie answered the phone and all my friend wanted to explain to Jessie is that I wasn't being rude and that he was interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak.. that's when Jessie said, "that b**** was rude that's when I told my friend to hang the phone up.. finally while I driving off from
Being refused there was glass bottle that I didn't see bc I'm still in shock of what happened, and I ran over glass bottles.. I pray that I don't have flat from the result of your employee refusing me service, all four tires on my car are maybe four months old.. I've never in my life been refused bc I was mean.. I'm not mean person at all..

Whataburger Worse service ever and rude

I went to whataburger #285, 4502 fredersbrg rd, san antonio, on July 21 at 9:06 am cashier jazmine was the rudest person ever and was over charging me. She gave me my coffee half opened which spilled on me and forgot my cream and sugar, I ordered the #25 meal and she forgot my orange juice and the stirrer for my coffee, I told her my senior coffee was free and tried to charge me for a small coffee and never apologized. The worst service ever, I called manager Raul Marin and told him about rudeness if employee...I will never return to this whataburger, it was horrible!

Desired outcome: Manager could at least have offered a free meal for another time, didnt even do that! Wow what idiots at this location

Whataburger How i was treated

There to employees that are very rude the cashier Joanna that took my order black lady in black shorts and glass was running her mouth to me she does that a lot to people she did that to my mom last week the manager does nothing about the black lady ibtalking about is working the front on the fryers and bagging the front counter food and drive Thu please do something about this our I going to further action she does not need to be wareing shorts at work please address the issue when mybfood was delivered to my table she did not say ty very rude

Whataburger An employee named Tania Payne

An employee named Tania Payne has been very rude and disrespectful every time I come to whataburger she's either cursing me out or not giving me the correct meal, this has happened maybe 10 times now and I'm sick of it she's threatened me with her aunt. I don't like the rudeness and disrespect I am receiving whenever I attend to the restaurant, I will sue the store if it continues to happen

Whataburger Product and wrong order and service

Dear Sir/ Madam

I came to your restaurant drive thru on Date 07/19/21 I was really disappointed with the quality of food that was served to me.cold food, Missing items, collected wrong order, using old lettuce unprofessional stuff really rude. handled wrong not listening to the customer. In waterburger burgers only see meat patties and the bun that is it

Whataburger Animal in jalapeño

My dad just passed though whataburger in McAllen store# 1412 around 10 in the morning. He found an animal in his jalapeños and tried telling the manager about, the manager told him that "he couldn't do anything about it." I called the number for corporate in the receipt and the lady that answered me said what was the problem and I told her about the jalapeños and that he found an animal. She was very rude about it and she couldn't understand me because I was "talking too fast" and I repeated what I was saying around 3 times. Eventually, she didn't understand a single word I was saying and hung up on me. It's unbelievable that things like this happen and we can't reach out anybody about it. Hope to hear something soon. He did not take any pictures because he is an older man and doesn't understand English. There should be cameras in the store to see that he gave the jalapeño back.

Desired outcome: Something to be done and be heard. Animals in the store in disgusting.

Whataburger Extensive drive-thru wait time

On Friday, July 16th, at 8:15 p.m. I pulled into the drive-thru line at the Clanton Whataburger (there were around 8 cars in the line at that time). I had my daughter with me and we waited patiently for about 20 minutes before we approached the speaker to order. After waiting 10-15 more minutes, we pulled to the window for our food. The young lady was very polite, but seemed to be extremely busy because she was taking the orders from the speaker and delivering the orders at the food window! She took my payment and handed us our two drinks... Then, asked us to pull over to space number 1 to wait for our food! Let me add that we only ordered two of the combo meals, nothing special or out of the ordinary. However, trying to be nice, I pulled into the space to wait. After 15 more minutes, our order arrived at our car. In the end, we waited a total of 50 minutes for our "fast" food! In my opinion, this is beyond inefficient! Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had this same experience at this particular whataburger. If my girls were not huge fans of the food, I would never give them my business!

Desired outcome: To correct the entirely too long, wait time for drive-thru service!

Whataburger Objectionable content

I'm complaining about my work issue with the managers and general manager. I work in hamburger as an employee for like 6months. I work 7-8hours without any breaks. Everyone get breaks on time but whenever I ask for the break they didn't gave me break at all, I completely work straight 7-8hours a day.
Secondly, everyone is eating or drinking in a kitchen area, including the manager. One time I was dehydrated because I don't get any break so I just put my glass of water at top left side of the shelf but the manager Claudia threw away that cup and shouts at me no one is supposed to eat or drink but when I came to kitchen after 10-15mins the same manager was eating her sandwich at that time at the same spot where I left my glass of water. I usually don't take breaks but whenever I ask for the break I told them I need a break I'm not feeling good at all, they just don't listen to me. I have experienced worse behavior of managers over there they were rude to me, they don't give me raise and when I talked about my raise after 6months they don't listen and harass me badly. So I quit my job kindly take some action it is not about working it's about mental health I have been suffered from mental health this whole time and finally I quit

Whataburger Got the wrong order

I came through the drive thru and ordered a number 3 triple meat burger plain and dry and was clear on my order even had it repeated back to me. the guy at the second window looked like he was new who didn't take my order and was holding up the line when I pulled up to pay and was waiting for someone to sign him in the moment I got home I saw I got what I didn't order which was a double meat we jr meal which I did not ask for at the window so I was furious because I had to be at work within an hour so I didn't have time to go back so I called and talked to Punam murmu the manager and told her what was going on she was very rude on the phone saying she needed my food back I said I can't do that right now she said well when you can I need the food back please so we can fix your order she took my number and name down about 5 minutes later she calls me and says she checked the cameras and receipt and said my order was correct I said no ma'am because that's not what I said at the window and my order was even repeated back to me and she even said so herself that she heard what I said at the window and that her skilled cashier heard my order to but the one who gave me the wrong order wasn't the same person who took my order I said that's why the person who took my order should of gave me my order so I got what I ordered and she said yes ma'am but we didn't charge you so you would have to come back and pay for the order you want I said no I'm not gonna do that because I got charged for something I didn't even order to begin with so she continued to argue with me and I said do I need to call corporate? She said yes you go ahead and do that and I said I am and I'm gonna report you and she hung up on me and that just pissed me off completely that lady is always rude when I come into whataburger and she talks to her employees like [censored] I feel she needs to be replaced because she doesn't act like a manager and I've been doing customer service for years and I know when I'm wrong I'm wrong and the customer needs to come first I had complained to corporate yesterday and they said I was suppose to get a 10 dollar gift card and I haven't received anything I rather just have a refund all together back on my card because I will not be going back to that location ever again if you'd like to call me to know more information my number is [protected] in the picture below is the location and store number

Whataburger Morgan Oil/ Central Heights Location Customer Service

My Cashier Precious C, lacks Customer Service.
Order Placed on 7/10/21.
I placed my order after she screamed and laughed over the loud speaker. I pulled to the window and paid. As she handed me my drinks I told her one was suppose to be a large. She then stated she would have to recharge me, I declined. It was her mistake (I understand they happen.) She slung the window. Open and said "pull up front" and shut it right back. We got no straws for our drinks, I was charged for Ranch but did not receive it.
As someone who works with the public every day, if you make a mistake; take responsibility and fix it.
Make sure you have simple task down, like making sure customers receive their condiments and straws.
Without attitude. At this day and time any and everyone that has a job should be thankful to be there each day and if they do not like their job, they should find a job they do like.

Desired outcome: I hope Precious can have a meeting with a manager to ensure she is qualified in customer service and trained correctly.

Whataburger Peaches and cream shake

I ordered the 16 oz Peaches and cream shake at the drive thru and the employee handed me a coffee cup sized container. I asked if that was the 16 oz shake and was assured it was. Upon arrival home I measured the container and with it full to the brim it only held 12 oz. How do they put a 16 oz shake in a 12 oz cup? I feel cheated. It seems like false advertising.

Whataburger Extremely poor customer service

I have a 30 minute lunch break, went to ask the manager why hasn't My order come out yet, told him it was taking over 15 minutes, did not answer me, sent another guy out with my food, no empathy shown ;very disrespectful and over a 15 minute wait on my food (cold non the less) had other customers walking in from drive-through requesting a refund for a long extended wait time.

Whataburger Customer service

Arrived on holiday, July 5th, where the Whatburger site was not busy with 3 autos ahead of me. I asked for a plain double meat whataburger just the sandwich. It took 10 mins to get through the drive thru with the man in the window dragging his feet in getting the sandwich after paying for it. Words of impatient ensued. Then I had 4 employees looking at me with one waving buh bye. I told them I would be complaining about the slow service. Order #592297 at store #799. Maybe you can tell the [censored]s how much negativity is caused because they are slow and lazy on a holiday? Very poor service and very poor attitude by all of them.

Desired outcome: More training on Customer Service and why a drive through should be fast, not slow. Respect for the customer should also be taught. Customers pay their salaries and being disrespectful will spread like a wildfire.

Went through drive thru. Ordered BOB AND BISCUIT WITH SCRAMBLED EGG AND KRISPY BACON. Drove several miles to my home and noticed, No scrambled egg on biscuit, just bacon and no Mayo . Tried calling, but no one answered! Very disappointed .

Whataburger Bad custumer service

I had a very bad experience at the Whataburger over a month ago. I filed a complaint asking for my money back but its been over a month now and I have not heard from Whataburger. I went to eat there again today and got an avocado burger but they did not put any avocado in it, I would make another complaint but since they seem to not care about their customer's what's the point. The employees are rude as well and always in a bad mood, I would like to see more customer care there. Also, they have stolen money from my husband by charging twice for every order.

I understand the bad service, as I just received bad service from lazy and disrespectful employees today...a holiday, July 5th. All young people with no customer service skills whatsoever. I am going to blame the indoctrination by public education, television news and movies. These people have no respect for others than their own age or skin color. Good job clowns in america in causing so much negativity and bad experiences. And, I use to work for Whataburger 10 years ago. Pffttt!

Whataburger food

I'm a very loyal customer but I have to complain about the food today I went thru the drive thru a hour ago and received the worse cheese burger and fries y'all have probably every served...the bun was hard and stale the fries were dark brown and soaked in oil like they had been sitting in oil for a long time... I threw the whole order in the trash !

Whataburger Food ordering through drive thru

Today June 12th at 3:30PM the drive thru attendant at the Whataburger off 59 N and Will Clayton was told four times we wanted to order a #3, #12, and chicken strips whatasized. We pulled up in line B paid for our food and checked the bags. We were given 3 large chicken strip meals. When we explained that this is. Or what we ordered, We were told that's what we ordered. Will not be returning to this location. Customer service was very poor.

Whataburger The absurd amount of time to get the pancake platter, biscuit, and a breakfast on a bun and two unsweet teas from whataburger in lubbock, texas

I drove up to their store even though I noticed about a dozen cars in front of me. They were NOT out in the street so at 2:02 am I decided that my husband and I were starved enough to wait it out. I did have a secret weapon, I had the app. So as I pulled in I ordered online and used my husbands credit card as I usually do. I ordered a pancake platter and I ordered extra bacon because I knew one piece would not be enough and I also ordered an extra gravy to go with the hashbrowns that came with this meal, and I changed the coffee to a medium unsweet tea. He also had asked if he could get strawberry jam with the single biscuit he also wanted. Then ordering for me I put in a BOB with sausage and changed the coffee again for a tea. The total came to 13.99. I hit send at 2:09 am. and just before 3 am I got my food. It didn't come with the extra bacon, but with only one piece of bacon for the pancake platter. I waited at the location for around an hour for this food minus the piece of bacon, also the tea on both drinks was Rancid! This was the morning of May 22, 2021, and by the TIME stamp it was at 2:04 57 am, that I ordered it. I continued to eek forward as I could. My order number was 2011059 Cashier: blank.

Desired outcome: I would like another pancake platter with the already paid for amount of bacon and the two rancid unsweet teas replaced with good quality tea.

Whataburger Buffalo chicken sandwich and bbq chicken sandwich

Friday night I went to whataburger and ordered a big meal for my family. Went home to eat at the dinner table with the family. As I was eating I notice a weird texture in my mouth I spit it out and my chicken was uncooked. I looked over at my daughter and had her stop eating her BBQ sandwich, I checked her chicken and it was uncooked as well. I called whataburger right away and told them what happen. They gave me two free meals, which was not what I wanted but had to settle for. I got online and made a complaint. Didn't hear anything back, so Saturday morning I called the 1-800 line and spoke with someone. The lady refunded me my money back and said someone from higher up would contact me. As of now, I have not heard anything. This is a serious matter, we could have gotten salmonella from uncooked chicken. I am very disappointed in whataburger, something like this should not happen, especially with chicken. We could have ended up in the hospital and died from these bacteria. I am sending pictures of what my daughters and my meal looked like.
