Whataburger

My financial tracking software shows that we ate at Whataburger from 2010 to 2019 more than any other restaurant except for a local barbecue restaurant located within a few blocks of each other. July 2019 our diet became almost exclusively plant based and subsequently we have not had the option available to us to eat again at Whataburger. Apple Slices, French Fries, and Hash Brown Sticks is a sad response to people who have chosen to eat among the healthiest diets in the world - Whole Food, Plant based. People who live in The Blue Zones around the world easily live to be a health ninety to a hundred and do not spend much time in the hospital - maybe a month at the end of their lives. People who eat a Standard American diet sadly spend an average of eight years at the end of their lives in the healthcare system. This is the food that you serve is in fact the S.A. D., so in essence you are contributing to the slow, unnecessary end of live demise of so, so many unfortunate Americans. There are so many plant-based options for chefs to create - it merely takes a little time and imagination to re-think diets that we have come to consume.

Please take some serious consideration to help people help themselves and at least offer a few delicious plant-based options. I would like to see Whataburger create its own vegetable patty that is healthier and probably better tasting than most of the commercially available plant-based options burger type patties available now.

I made an order for a chicken salad I get to the window and they don't have any of the dressings which I should have been told at the speaker. Then they swipe my card before telling me that and when I say never mind on the salad they tell me I'll need to come back for my refund!? What the hell I have to come back on another day because you don't have the correct product. I was told a GM was the only one that could do a refund then what the hell is the point of having a manager on site if they cannot refund a simple $6.95 and then when I got my food it was cold and disgusting! I'm furious won't come here again! Whataburger on 3501 Altamesa in Fort Worth, TX! Just horrible!
