Whataburger

I visited the Bellmead TX Whataburger last night 1/5/2020 about 6:20 PM in the drive thru. Store 538. Order 588534. I come thru the drive through and asked to wait to take order which was fine as there were no other vehicles at the speaker. I waited then a vehicle pulls up at the outer lane and they took the order and I'm like what the heck. Then another vehicle arrives in outer lane and their order was taken and I'm still waiting. Finally they took my order and I get home and my Whataburger is meat, bread, and lettuce and nothing else. That is not what I ordered. The receipt isn't the normal receipt that gives you the survey info which I thought was strange.
