I ordered one burger at 1:11 and was in the line outside in 97 degrees. After 30 minutes, my husband walked inside to see what the holdup was. They assured him they would get it cooked SOON. Another 10 minutes in the heat, I got the cold burger. There were 7 other cars in the two lines for the same amount of time. 10- people inside and 10 workers and they couldn't pull off a burger. This one was in Grapevine on Glade Road at 121. Order $#548724
Claimed loss: Just never want to go back there again. I paid $6.70 for a burger and it was cold and 40 minutes late, after I ordered it.
Desired outcome: I would like a voucher for a burger at the location on Grapevine Hwy at Mid Cities. at Glade Rd store, they need to cook not have two lines in high heat waiting 40 min. or food. Advise customer
