Whataburger - Service and prejudice

My stepson went to your location at 1010 Wildcat Dr. Portland Texas,78374. Time frame around 12:06 to 12:15 pm on 7/3/2023. My stepson was treated with prejudice and disrespect.

When your team member treated him that way people there as your customers were treating him the same. To top if off the cashier did not give my stepson his receipt.

He goes there very often and its always the same he never says nothing to the manager. Well, he vented to me enough is enough. He is Hispanic AND HE IS AN AMERICAN just as you and I. They even stereo typing him as well mind you by your customers due your service there.

I will be doing a google review as well like I said ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

He ordered a number #10 Spicy Chicken Meal. I would appreciate it if I got a call once this gets taken care of. #[protected]. Velma is my name.

Please educate your manager and team members on respect for the induvial and teach them that no matter what race we are we all bleed the same.

and that we are paying customers as well.

My stepson speaks ENGLISH not Spanish.

Desired outcome: To teach your associates the value of treating people equals no matter what race they are. I used to work for your company when I was 18 yrs. old so I know the expectations.

Whataburger - Objectionable content

I'm complaining about my work issue with the managers and general manager. I work in hamburger as an employee for like 6months. I work 7-8hours without any breaks. Everyone get breaks on time but whenever I ask for the break they didn't gave me break at all, I completely work straight 7-8hours a day.
Secondly, everyone is eating or drinking in a kitchen area, including the manager. One time I was dehydrated because I don't get any break so I just put my glass of water at top left side of the shelf but the manager Claudia threw away that cup and shouts at me no one is supposed to eat or drink but when I came to kitchen after 10-15mins the same manager was eating her sandwich at that time at the same spot where I left my glass of water. I usually don't take breaks but whenever I ask for the break I told them I need a break I'm not feeling good at all, they just don't listen to me. I have experienced worse behavior of managers over there they were rude to me, they don't give me raise and when I talked about my raise after 6months they don't listen and harass me badly. So I quit my job kindly take some action it is not about working it's about mental health I have been suffered from mental health this whole time and finally I quit
