I came through the drive thru and ordered a number 3 triple meat burger plain and dry and was clear on my order even had it repeated back to me. the guy at the second window looked like he was new who didn't take my order and was holding up the line when I pulled up to pay and was waiting for someone to sign him in the moment I got home I saw I got what I didn't order which was a double meat we jr meal which I did not ask for at the window so I was furious because I had to be at work within an hour so I didn't have time to go back so I called and talked to Punam murmu the manager and told her what was going on she was very rude on the phone saying she needed my food back I said I can't do that right now she said well when you can I need the food back please so we can fix your order she took my number and name down about 5 minutes later she calls me and says she checked the cameras and receipt and said my order was correct I said no ma'am because that's not what I said at the window and my order was even repeated back to me and she even said so herself that she heard what I said at the window and that her skilled cashier heard my order to but the one who gave me the wrong order wasn't the same person who took my order I said that's why the person who took my order should of gave me my order so I got what I ordered and she said yes ma'am but we didn't charge you so you would have to come back and pay for the order you want I said no I'm not gonna do that because I got charged for something I didn't even order to begin with so she continued to argue with me and I said do I need to call corporate? She said yes you go ahead and do that and I said I am and I'm gonna report you and she hung up on me and that just pissed me off completely that lady is always rude when I come into whataburger and she talks to her employees like [censored] I feel she needs to be replaced because she doesn't act like a manager and I've been doing customer service for years and I know when I'm wrong I'm wrong and the customer needs to come first I had complained to corporate yesterday and they said I was suppose to get a 10 dollar gift card and I haven't received anything I rather just have a refund all together back on my card because I will not be going back to that location ever again if you'd like to call me to know more information my number is [protected] in the picture below is the location and store number
