Service at your store in Carrollton Texas on Beltline Rd
On Tuesday morning at 3:30 AM I stopped in at your facility on Beltline Rd Carrollton Texas. I ordered 2 Sausage and egg biscuits in the drive through as I normally do
This time was different, I felt uncomfortable when the server asked for a two dollar tip on a seven dollar purchase. When I said I was already buying breakfast for a friend the pleasantries suddenly stopped. When I asked for some honey to go with the order I later found out she had put lemon juice in the order.
If this is how the new Whataburger policy is at the drive through attendants asking for tips and then adding sour condiments to your customers I think something should be done to address this problem. If this action repeats itself I may chose to do business elsewhere . I also thought I would be offered a receipt for my purchase but didn't receive one so right now o don't know what I was charged

Food quality
I've been going to the 125 Sycamore School Rd location in Fort Worth TX for 3 years now. It has rapidly declined in the quality of food. Today was my last visit. Disgusting hamburger. You've lost me as a customer. Whatever you have done to the quality the last 2 years has been quite noticeable. Although I'd love to see the quality of the food be like it used to be, I highly doubt that happens. I'll be eating more at the mom and pop's places that cook real meat, real quality food.

Food poisoning
My son stopped at Whataburger at 5:30 a.m. on 08/28/2021. He ordered a hamburger, fries and an apple pie which he never got. At 2:00a.m. he was on his way to the hospital. Diagnosed with food poisoning. He arrived back home a little after 7:00 a.m. I called the restaurant at 7:30 and got no answer. I called back later in the day and reported it to the manager.

Today in San Marcos Center Point Store, it took over 35 minutes to get our food, this was after me having to return to the counter and inquire as to our order and standing there ten minutes being ignored. When we did get the food, the sandwiches were thrown together sloppy, the bread was stale and the sandwich was cold and uneatable. The fries were stone cold and greasy, and the store itself was filthy.
The meat was so thin you could hardly tell there was any meat there at all.
It is sad what What A Burger has become, dirty stores, poor service, cold and stale foods, and a burger that no longer is worth driving in to get and way over priced.
We no longer will go to What A Burger after 3o years.
Desired outcome: close your stores. It is no longer a place people want to go
Food and time
The whole experience was bad. We were waiting in line over 30 mins. Any communication with staff was short. We were told we could get more than 2 ketchups buy only 2 received a total of 2 for 2 separate meals. Our 2 lemonades were watered down and tart. After a a short 5 minute drive home our food had to be reheated. The hamburger buns weren't room temp, they were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. All around disappointing!

My family came in to eat lunch. Line was long in drive through, but inside had a few people inside. We came in no one at front counter. Manager took our order reluctantly. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. When asked about it they said they where busy. I saw most of the workers standing around and manager not leading. This is not a good thing for Whataburger.

Placed an order from the app. Never had a problem picking up from drive through by going to front of line. I was told by Ryan to go back and wait in the drive through line that was 8 cars deep when the app says my order is ready. What's the point in ordering from the app if you have to wait in line behind people that haven't even ordered yet? Please help make this experience easier for people and help us understand the point of ordering through the app as this experience was no benefit at all.

Cedar Park on HW 183.. it took 30 min for my order. There was lots of talking and laughinfg but terible sevice. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order in. The meal was cold and I had to go look for my order. Lots of people standing around. I love whataburger but this store needs help.

In the earlier morning of Aug 10 @ 3:45 am we arrived at you Eastchase location, store # 609 ordered our food with no problems. We pulled forward paid and were asked to pull up they were waiting on the shakes. 15min later our food arrived 10 min later our food came out and we waited over 30 min for our shakes which is unacceptable in my book. I would like for( 1. ) the issue needs to be addressed with staff on that shift. (2.) A refund for the 12.75 I spent cause not only did it take forever but they didnot supply a tray for the biscuits and gravy to eat out of nor utensils

I visited your store in Cedar Hill to on beltline this morning. All I ordered was a taquito meal with a sweet tea. It took them 20 min. To get my order done. Which in turn made me late to work. I would've just said forget it, however I was Hel's hostage inside the drive thru line which doesn't allow me to pull out. The service was absolutely slow this morning and the employees on the inside all acted as if the store just opened 5 min. Ago. They all were moving slow as if they were still sleep. The managers shirt was wrinkled like it was in her back seat and she just reached back and threw it on. This is probably why her staff doesn't care because she doesn't. I will not stop there again before work.

I went to Whataburger in Lufkin Texas on Timberland Drive on July 23, 2021. I go to Whataburger quite often for their fountain drinks. Yesterday, I walked in due to the drive thru line being so long. I went in at 3:00 pm and went to the register- 3 employees were by the register talking, and one looked as if she locked her register and all 3 left and were laughing and joking with the entire crew. I figured she was getting off work so no big deal, but not one employee came to help me with my order. They were all just laughing and joking and literally ignoring me. I honestly figured I would at least get a "someone will be right with you". But no, after a several minutes I asked the girl doing the drive through (or was supposed to be because she was busy talking a laughing also- hence the long drive through line) if these register were open, her response- yes someone would get me in a minute. I continued to watch the staff have a good time. I finally walked out at 3:07 when no one even offered to take my order. Drive through line is usually long, but now I know it's not because this store is busy making their food, its busy having a good time visiting. I won't be going back to this store for a while.
Desired outcome: I don't want anything at all. I normally would not do these complaints, but I have been a supervisor before and would want to know my employees were goofing around and didn't even acknowledge a customer.
