This is my second complaint regarding the Wendy's on Government Street, Mobile, AL. On Monday, I went to Wendy's at 7:30am. They informed me that they did not have anything ready to serve. The sign indicates that they open at 6:30am. The lady at the window said the next breakfast would be on her. Today I went to Wendy's for breakfast and the sign shown the 2 for $4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit as well as the Bacon and Sausage Croissant. They indicated that the sale was no longer valid. Well, if this is in fact the case, why is the sign still up. I asked for a manager and they indicated there wasn't one on site, only a team leader. She was rude, would not give her name. I asked for a number to call right there, and she rudely stated, they're going to tell you the same thing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! Something should be done about the service, the employees and the signage.
