Wendy’s review: Served a cold fish sandwich and filthy restroom

I just visited wendy's on emerson avenue in Parkersburg, WV. I had the new fish sandwich at vienna store and was very impressed. At 3:15 today I ordered the panco fish. There was only one window open and they were definitely backed up When I received my order the fish sandwich was wrapped with the inside of the foil on the outside. That concerned me so I checked my order. Well, a cold fish and was used because of the hurry. If I had not needed something to eat because I am a diabetic I would have just left. However, I went inside and the manager knew right away why I was there. He did fix me a new fish. I went to the bathroom. I waited for almost five minutes for it to be available. When the person came out it had been an employee. What to my surprise was when I went into the restroom there was feces all over the floor. I reported it to the manager and got my sandwich. It was freshly fixed but I suddenly lost my appetite. Glad the health department wasn't there I thought you should know about this matter. I will not go to that store again, but will continue to support the Vienna store. Thank you for listening to my complaint. Respectfully,
