United States to get A mozzeralla chicken sandwich. The employee said they had the mozzeralla chicken salad but no longer sales the mozzeralla chicken sandwich.

I don't understand...they have the ingredients why discontinue the sandwich?
Bring the sandwich back.

My name is nikki and I live in Iowa, I got off work today abs wanted some Wendy's, I had to travel 30 minutes to get but I did. So on my way home I was eating and enjoying my chicken nuggets. I get down to the very last nugget and there was a feather in it. That made me sick to my stomach. How could an employee not see that when they grabbed that?

Please bring this salad back. I really love this and was disappointed that it is no longer sold. It is my favorite salad of all fast food chains. I dont know why yall took it off the menu in the first place. I will never eat with you guys again unless you bring it back. Yall always changing stuff that doesnt need to be changed. [censored]!

The fries had so much salt, you could not eat the fries.
The frosty look like a scoop of ice cream with milk poured over it.
The frosty also gave use diarrhea.
The order took so long to fix and they put the wrong things in the bag.
We was so exhausted that we couldn't believed the order was wrong.

When I ate from Wendy's in rocky mount it gave me food poisoning and I have never felt this way I don't know why or how but my stomach hasn't been right since I ate the Wendy's food and I just want to know why do I have food poisoning from eating at this Wendy's is it the workers or the food in general..

Ordered the new bacon queso burger to try it. Get the burger with no bacon or queso on it. Driver thru worker was rude plus a very strong odor of marijuana was coming from inside. Will not return

Food was made incorrect when asked the manager for a customer service number she refused. This was not the first time we get incorrect food. Someone needs to check this location. They continue to get orders wrong and when asked to correct they have horrible mgt skills. We really like your food so sad that we have to eat else where.

Bad attitude & when I asked if they had a double meat, then I happened to see it on the menu, he said no. I said I want the double stack... he says we don't have that anymore, and I say, but it's on the menu. He says you mean the 4for4 & I said no, it says Double stack & told him the price. He was very rude. Almost afraid to eat the food.

i had a bad exspirience at the torrington CT wendys the girl in the drive thru she had a bad additude and swearing at others her name is pam peeples i will not eat here anymore or remove her and i come back

The girl Melissa who was the cashier at 4:17 didn't professionally give me my meal and didn't even greet herself, it's like she had an attitude. I hope to never have her as a cashier again.

I got a bacon quest chicken sandwich and the chicken was really dry couldn't hardly eat it. got chicken nuggets too they were hard burnt and couldn't even eat them and I got 2 of them

My husband and I stopped at Wendy's 6969 in Kahana, KY. The tables were so dirty that we couldn't eat in the restaurant. Nobody was cleaning the tables after customers left. We ate in the car, but this negative experience took away our appetite and gave us a bad impression of Wendy's, a restaurant that we have loved for years.

There were 2 people in front of me inside, both of them had over $20 orders, and the front counter person kept walking away from the counter in between each order. She had somebody plating for her and yet still did not take orders like she should have. I waited 10 minutes before I walked out. All I wanted was a frosty and an iced tea.

Went inside Wendy's with my 1 year old. Floor was very slippery. My child fell. Hit his head hard. There was no wet floor sign. Manager was very rude once i informed her of the slippery floor. She snatched the papers from me, once i asked for corporate number.

I recently went in with my family to order some food and see a bunch of horse playing with the staff, loud and couldn't really enjoy my food so we left, This is very unprofessional, Store location wise in Buffalo New York, 360 Dingens st, 14206.. Unfortunately that will be my last time at that location.

Well helloMy double baconator burger only had 2 pieces of bacon on it and after i waited 4 minutes for my meal my fries were cold amd stale.

Yesterday 10/04/18 my fiancée and I went through the drive thru and after waiting for about 20 minutes we were told we had to wait "about a minute for the chicken sandwitches" which was fine. When we got home I was eating my food I realized my chicken was raw. Mistakes like that are unacceptable. Someone can get very sick..

1585 e. High street, pottstown, PA store is very unsanitary. There are flies all over the front counter and flies on the ketchup dispenser. It was very disgusting. Please clean up this location.

I frequent Wendy's weekly. This time we stopped in Ottawa Illinois. Drive thru was too long so I went inside. The cashier took my order, took my cash completed the sale then turned around and literally put a bun onto a burger. Gentleman came into shift, didnt wash hands put chicken patties in deep fryer. No gloves(except one emp) or hair nets!

I ordered a half spicy Caesar salad and as I was eating it there was a small black bug crawling in it ! I will never eat from there again ! I hope and pray that I do not get sick from what I did eat.

The manager that was on duty (Treshun) was very rude. She was very disrespectful. I will not come back here with a person with that type of attitude

I do not appreciate seeing this as I'm just trying to eat. My kids do not need to see this and it is very obscene. I was going to ask for a manager but they were not available and the worker was texting.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it had green mold on the bun. I ate some of it not realizing it. This is unacceptable! We love Wendy's but this is very nasty.

On 8/25/2017 at 4:09 p.m. restaurant #[protected] i purchase a Homestyle Chicken combo and it was the most nasty sandwich i have ever hard at this location. The chicken was a gray color it looked nasty i couldn't eat it. I will never buy it again.

Came through drive through tonight to get something to eat after working all day just to get home and there is a long black hair in my burger! Hats doesn't cut it if your hair is still hanging from underneath them! I was too tired to drive back, but it will be a while before I come back, and the food is always cold, especially the burgers! Yuck!

Your store is full of druggies you should be ashamed this is why I never will eat here disgusting drugs going in and out everyday and management has no idea

I went to lunch at the newly renovated dining area, the food was not fresh and the seating was horrible, it was like seating in elementary chair. Seating was uncomfortable and not very stable. I probably want go there again

ordered two singles without cheese or onion, but got both. it is too far to go back after i get home to see the problem, so i have to rebuild sandwiches myself and use plain bread to replace the bottom bun that is soaked in cheese.

Tables were dirty. Condiments station had nothing and was also dirty. Place fill with just people hanging out. Employees didn't know how to pronounce the name on order, so she said out loud “who the hell is this” 1700 North Broad Street

Guy messed up my order wouldn't give me the write order & argued with me & No Refund so I left with being screwed plus the fry's were cold & burnt & a few people including myself had a long wait I Went back later n got some of my money back I still got screwed.

Last night at 11:35 p.m. I went to Wendy's in Gulfport Mississippi on passroad, and the drive-thru was closed but the signed said that it closed at 12:00. I saw the employees sitting in their car, I don't know what was going on but someone needs to look into this.

Everytime I go to Wendy's on summer I have a problem everytime either there very rude or they mess the food up sometimes your even waiting way too long I'm sick of it

We just got food from wendys in shallotte nc and when i bit into my burger i was cut by a piece of of clear hard plastic it cut the side of my tongue and now my mouth is hurting.

I am from rossville / ft oglethorpe area i visited our local wendys on battlefield parkway today and ordered a number2 a number1 and a cheeseburger kids meal, both burgers wete super dry and had nothing but meat and cheese on them our fries were cold. The kids meal did not have toy in it

Wife went to location at 11:30 date 11-17-17. Asked for potatoes. There were none. Asked for Frosty. There were none. Machine down. It stays " down" . How can you sell products if you don't keep them available. I have grown tired of trying to get what I want there. Probably going to stop visiting that particular location.

My sandwich was very cold. It wasnt wrapped just thrown in bag.

This place always is busy because the workers don't care about it being busy. They barely speak and the drive thru takes forever so most times I'm forced to go inside.

They NEVER have cookies!
The worker told me "it takes to long to make"
Over an hour!..this is ridiculous!
