It was around 1:30 am when I pulled to the drive thru, ordered my food, paid for it, and had to wait literally 7 mins to pull ahead after the car in front of me. When I pulled up a guy comes to the window and asked what my order was so I told him and I could hear him telling someone that it had to be made again. While waiting another 10 mins, there was an employee sitting in a parked car in front of the side door while it was propped open with a caution sign! Anything could've happened! She gets out of the car and was the one that that gave me my food. Well I ordered a $5 bag with only ketchup and mayo w/ a spicy 4pc nugget on the side and the only thing right was the reg 4pc! The fries had entirely too much salt, the spicy 4pc were as hard as bricks, and the sandwich was cold with old meat on it! I kindly took it back and the girl that gave me my food was rude and the mngr joyce as well! The fries were still too salty and my burger was made reg instead of special and they didn't even give me a reciept! I tried calling right after I left but no answer. Highly dissatisfied!
