I didn’t get the spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered and the food was cold! Unfortunately I was also overcharged for the meal and the person at the drive-through didn’t repeat the order and I was over charged. It should be mandatory that a receipt is attached to the bag or is handed to the customer so that the customer can prove what they ordered and can defend the overcharge.It should be company policy that the person working the drive-through repeat the order and how much the meal was before taking money or running a debit card!
Desired outcome: Idk i’m just very dissatisfied with the process. I guess I can go to McDonald’s that’s only a block away.
